Here's the photo in question: Geez, what a fat, disgusting pig, you guys. I must admit that while I knew maintaining his superhero body type requires a lot of extensive and consistent hard work. This confirms for me as to why Hugh Jackman, Chris Evans, Christian Bale, and Chris Hemsworth all stated how annoying, frustrating, and difficult it is to maintain that particular body type. It requires a lot of willpower, not treating yourself, and simply putting yourself in a position that is almost essentially starving the body. Most guys(including me) would kill for a body like this.

Yeah I know, having a six pack doesn't mean you're in shape, it just means eat very little. Seriously, the one thing Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pratt, and Hugh Jackman all have in common is that they hate being in "superhero" shape, because getting and maintaining that type of body is something only maniacs seem to enjoy. There was one interview with Hugh Jackman that I remember seeing when a journalist asked him about his diet or what he ate after Wolverine. He answered immediately "Have a big bowl of cereal."

He probably shrugs it off then went back to throwing knives, riding Harleys, headbutting subterranean lava demons (not from any particular movie, I assume in real life shit like this just happens to him) and making sweet love to Lisa Bonet His is A Different World from where we come from.

"I never want to see another f***ing chicken breast for the rest of my life." - Chris Evans.

In a way it's a little weird that comic book movies in particular have gone so extreme with how these guys look. Take Hugh Jackman's 1st appearance as Wolverine where he was in good shape but by no means ripped to say Days of Future Past where he was shredded to hell. Character wise, there's no real reason for him to have to look like the latter.
Or go back to the days of the old Charles Atlas ads where dude was the standard bearer for muscles. Now days, it'd be like "where's his 8 pack?" when you only have that with no carbs and dehydrated as f***.
I guess the 'look' takes inspiration from the comics themselves, but those are exaggerated by design.

These actors have personal trainers, dietitians, and some even use steroids to achieve that look.

I have a a similar body type and sometimes I'll get the "lol, you have no six pack". Yeah I know, having a six pack doesn't mean you're in shape, it just means eat very little. There are some people that like to knock people that take care of themselves. Maybe it’s insecurity or jealousy that causes them to do so. Who knows? Momma is extremely popular with women so maybe it bothers some dudes that can’t get girls. Idk. I only get to workout two or three times a week myself and I’m pretty close to Momoa’s shape in that pic. I was in better shape years ago and it was so hard to maintain. I work a lot more now and I don’t have as much free time as I use to but I still do what I can. These guys that play superheroes get millions for roles and have to train like maniacs to look their part. You can’t maintain a naturally ripped body without a ton of hard work and discipline. If he was ripped out of his mind while on vacation they’d probably say he was a roid head. Haters gonna hate. I guarantee you that people on the internet care much more about this than Momoa does. Dude is on top on the world. More power to him.
