For me this was the third best Thor film. It had some good moments, and I could what they were going for but I don’t feel they quite hit the execution of everything right. Russell Crowe was great as Zeus, and Christian Bale was quite possibly the best acted villain in the MCU so far as Gorr. It’s honestly a damn shame he didn’t get more scenes. Also, {Spoiler}they technically didn’t specify which Thor would return with the “Thor will return” bit. I’m thinking this may not be the end of Jane, as it would be rather pointless I feel to actually show us Valhalla and not do something with that. Also! My boy, my glorious, hammy boy! They pulled Hercules straight from the comic panels with his look.

I thought it was good, but not great. The silly parts were a touch too silly, and the badass moments could have been even more badass. Christian Bale was amazing, though. I wanted more of him.

{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}I hope we get more Axel (Heimdall's son). I also hope Gorr's daughter sticks around. I saw that it was Hemsworth's daughter so I would assume so.

Dude, just got back from it, and I f***ing loved it. {Spoiler}Chills at Thor giving the kids the power of Thor, and them charging into battle, all set to "November Rain." That was stupendous.
Nice contrast between the Gods that Gorr killed, and the Gods kicking it with Zeus. Gorr killed Gods that fought and died alongside their people, they weren't Gods that would forsake their people. Meanwhile, you had Zeus and crew, who were perfectly happy to hide from Gorr where it was safe and let their people die.

I wasn’t all that impressed with it. A few funny moments and a great soundtrack, but overall lacking. I almost liked Dark World better

What is with the MCU with having various Batmans as villains in their movies. Who is next, Val Kilmer?

What is with the MCU with having various Batmans as villains in their movies. Who is next, Val Kilmer? What am I missing? We've got Adam West, Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney, Christian Bale, Ben Affleck and Robert Pattinson. That's only two out of seven Batmans in the MCU. Not exactly a lot.

On a more series side, I am not a avid comic reader, so pardon my ignorance. I am curious. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Are we going to have a time skip, so Thor's "niece" can be older?

Bucky, Falc Cap America and She Hulk.. and possibly Ant Man’s daughters. So yeah maybe they a worm hole or something will age her up and bring her in.

So yeah maybe they a worm hole or something will age her up and bring her in. ;) {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Young Avengers in the comics was initially Iron Lad (Kang), Patriot (Elijah Bradley), Hulkling (Skrull/Kree), Stature (Cassie Lang), Hawkeye (Kate Bishop), and Wiccan (Witches kid), with Speed (other Witches kid) added later. Later members include America and maybe Ms Marvel (not sure).
So far we have Elijah in FatWS, Kate Bishop, Cassie, America, and Kamala. We have seen the Witches kid but how to bring them in I dont know. Secret Invasion could introduce Hulkling. And Iron Lad is easy now that Kang has been introduced.
Look for Yelena to be in the announced Thunderbolts movie, most likely.
