So I was upset at first about the idea of Smallville Clark giving up his powers. Superman would never do that, even if it meant he could never have a family with Lois. He would feel responsible every time someone died that he could have saved. But looking back Smallville Clark was always wishy washy. So yeah, he might just say all his buddies can go around saving people while its not his problem anymore. The thing about that entire scene for me was not Clark because you can see after Lex leaves the gears in his min start turning and he looks to be really contemplating what just happened. It was Lois that was completely baffling to me because that was not Lois...atleast not Smallville Lois because immediately she would have told Clark to go and do what he has to save not just his family but the entire gawd damn universe...but this one just laughs it off even after the mention of a Lex from a different earth. Naw this was not the Smallville that ended in 2011 this was some divergent version of it.

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}
That is still so surreal
But now everyone that either never watched or dropped out early on the Arroverse is definetly gonna be either really f***ing confused or really intrigued and gonna start watching or play catch up.
either way that was the SMARTEST move WB has made with the DC property because now people are gonna watch both the TV shows and movies wondering who could show up and it is a brilliant possibilty for cross promotion on both ends and really creates endless possibilities. I feel as though if they did this from the beginning the DCEU would've been in a much better place creatively and storyline wise.

Another thing to consider is that post-Crisis changes might have "corrected" things to how they were supposed to be. Like with Earth-96, you see Brandon Routh's Superman flying and the yellow is back in his crest, suggesting that in the Post-Crisis version of that world, he didn't lose his loved ones. Post-Crisis Smallville world might've been the same way where Tom Welling's Clark never gave up his powers.

I know it would have been a bit more difficult to get Kevin again but I would have liked to see a scene of him behind a screen and looking like he is mentoring Terry as a kind of redemption for that Bruce as well.

Flash trailer just dropped {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}So I know we are getting a female mirror master in the back half but real Interesting is the change in Iris ...I wonder if they are doing the future Iris storyline hence the drastic change. Honestly, I kinda like where they may be going with Iris on this. Even with all that she's done for the team, Iris really has felt like her role has been to constantly worry about her family, first Barry, then Barry and Nora, and now it seems like she's getting a lot more of her stones back to go out and get things done, even if it puts herself in danger. I think they may be trying to give Iris more agency in the wake of Crisis. I'm still wondering how much history has been rewritten and how much people remember or don't remember from Crisis, even with J'onn catching people up. It's going to be interesting to see how much "Back To The Future"ing we're gonna get with peoples' histories. Also gonna be interesting to see how Freeland is treated in this new superhero laden reality, is there going to be any kind of response from the heroes about the fact that an entire new city is basically a police state?

Yea the Black Lighting changes are what I really want to know about because we know that earth 1 Black Lighting is dead and that E1 Odell is alot worse than the alternate Earth Odell we saw in the first half. Oh and Diggle is possibly related to Lynn so there is that also..which would give Diggle something to do post Arrow if he jumps to Freeland and becomes a regular.

Just watched these last two eps. Not gonna lie, that final battle with the Anti-Moniter looked like a Power Ranger battle. AM growing to giant size during it didn't help. It's weird, because they're doing a yearly anniversary event in DC Universe Online based off of Crisis, where the endgame is basically an 8 man raid against a giant Anti-Monitor, so that gave me flashbacks to that battle, lol! Shame they couldn't tie anything to the Crisis crossover event into the game, because the timing of both events were perfect. But DCUO has had rights issues with doing things based off of the movies and TV shows.

But you can only get them and use them in the freakin' mobile game.

Yeah you could say even if Clark were willing to give up his powers the Lois we saw in Smallville would have told him no way. True. I'd rather say he is in a world where he wasn't needed because the earth is in good hands, alluding to another hero taking reigns. He tells them that he has confidence in them setting things right without him. Then when Lex shows up and pulls out the Kryptonite, Conner disinergrates it from a distance. Then it shows Conner standing next to another kid beside him. Then Clark says, "Hey you and Billy play nice with our visitor.". Then Lex jumps back in the portal.

It's funny how everyone on Supergirl today, including Brainy, was acting like Earth-Prime is the only universe left when we know for sure that there's still a multiverse from the end of COIE Part 5. 12th Level Intellect my butt. Batwoman also looks to have a very interesting. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Looks like the non-Alice'd Beth from Earth-99 survived Crisis and ended up on Earth Prime. On that note I was kinda disappointed that Rachel Skarsten, who plays Alice on Batwoman, didn't have a cameo in COIE as BoP Black Canary alongside Dina Meyer's Huntress.
