Look at this picture. Tell me you don't want to see a WWE Network special of Pat Patterson going on a tropical vacation where he goes on a wild vacation and ends up saving a terrified beach town from pirates totally by accident full of wacky hijinks and prat falls. You literally can't, because that idea is money.

Yeah, I'd totally see that.
In fact, WWE should definitely do more shows for their Network. Basically something for wrestling legends to do that only requires their acting charisma and won't require any actual taking of bumps (which more than a few wrestling legends can no longer do in 2019). Paige literally the other day just said how she misses being in wrestling but she literally can't anymore because her spinal column is all f***ed. But she doesn't just miss "the wrestling", she misses the entire world. I think, in lieu of her being made an on-screen GM again, Paige would totally accept some acting gig on a WWE Network show of any kind. And I would totally watch it. (And I'm totally not alone in that thinking, especially when referring to people wanting to see Paige.)

A trip to Rio De Janeiro for the 40th anniversary of his IC Title "unification" would actually be an interesting watch.

Hi, I'm Pat Patterson, welcome to Jackass! "Today I'm gonna f*** with Vince all day long!" Pat proceeds to toss a handful of black pepper at Vince's face.

It's kind of fun to look at this old jolly fellow, and remember that he and Sgt. Slaughter had brutal matches that'd been unheard of at the time in the territory, or that he used to be so good, promoters had to tell him to tone it down because no one could keep up with him.

While he made invaluable additions to the promotion and helped shape it into the juggernaut it is, no thanks. Much like Moolah, I see no reason to glorify or celebrate this man after all the heinous things he's done and that WWE has tried very hard to sweep under the rug.

Didn't Gorilla Monsoon said on air that the Brawler went to Pat Patterson´s school of self defense?

He didn't do anything at all, the fact that he had to resign in the early nineties for being gay was bullshit.

If he is innocent, and maybe he is (just like maybe Moolah is), him having to resign for being gay is bullshit. But from everything said over the years by so many people that were on so many different levels of the corporate ladder (some wrestlers, some crew, some those above Pat), it seems unlikely there isn't truth to it.

Completely agree with this. There’s too much evidence/stories from multiple sources for there to NOT be some truth in it. The guy always seemed sleazy to me. And before you say it... no. It’s not because of his sexuality. I like plenty of gay people.

I always love how he has trouble pronouncing S's that end a word or are needed for plural.

I wish there was more footage of Patterson and Ray “The Crippler” Stevens. The one match I saw of theirs was a squash match on AWA TV which was pretty nuts for 1970’s AWA.
