Okay, I can tell, obviously enough, that they are imitating Kevin Mask, the son of Robin Mask from the original Kinnikuman. As you may guess by the name, he is loosely a parody of Kevin Nash in some respects, but obviously has many differences, such as being from England.
With that background, I present this.
Does anyone know when this was, or who is portraying Kevin Mask here? It's pretty damn impressive that they were able to get some of these moves even somewhat into working in real life, given how over the top Kinnikuman and Kinnikuman Nisei special moves are.

I don't know when this was, but I do remember that there was like, a wrestling show dedicated to the anniversary of the show, where some of the guys wore costumes of the characters. I can't find the YouTube video of it, but the spot that stood out to me the most was someone ripping off Ashuraman's arms (they were obviously stuffed, but still).
This also reminds me of how much I want someone to start using the Palo Special in an actual match.

I remember looking into this years ago, and honestly I have forgotten everything I found out. But with that being said I did find this with a quick google search.
At Pro Wrestling NOAH's "HALLOWEEN WITH NOAH" card in 2002, every match featured the wrestlers in Halloween costumes. The main event was a 6-man tag team match which featured Kotaro Suzuki in a Kevin Mask costume. Suzuki had used many of Kevin's signature moves throughout the match, including the OLAP, a top-rope Robin Special, and a modified Big Ben Edge.
