This is the first one that immediately came to mind: What the f*** was that even supposed to be?

One I don't see mentioned often (maybe because Miz was the recipient) was a double suplex spot at Extreme Rules 20011 which had me convinced the guy had his neck messed up:

This one from July 2011 stood out to me at the time. You can see that as Mark Henry and Big Show take a dive into the padding, Drew just gets dropped off the edge of it. After that, as they sell the feud by having refs and doctors crowd around the guys who bumped safely, one throws up the X in the background and Drew is not alluded to for the rest of the night.

This is the first one that immediately came to mind: What the f*** was that even supposed to be? As far as I can tell, I think she was supposed to drop her onto the turnbuckle as a modified backbreaker, and just completely botched it.

It looks like Charlotte lost her balance and just straight dropped her which seems pretty damn sloppy. Strangely enough I think Sasha's feet smacked Charlotte in the head after she fell. I like Charlotte but that was just terrible.

Anyway that one was right after the stupid woman revolution groups feuds right?Charlotte wasn`t as good back then.

Wasn't the intended bump but Seth Rollins kneeing John Cena's nose into complete oblivion Not just because of that itself, but the fact Cena wrestled a whole match WITH IT and took several more bumps. Dude is insane for that. In the same vein, HHH Pedigreeing on an announce table with an already torn up leg was not ideal. Bit further back, The Big Show vs Kane vs Raven match where Raven nearly got legit run over by a Golf Cart driving Big Show. Kane was actually the one driving. That stood out to me because I think Raven saw the cart coming and tried to take a bump off it, but Show had his back to the cart and didn't see it coming, so he clotheslined Raven down and that almost led to Raven getting run down. One that just jumped back into my mind was Dolph at MITB back in the day. Just landing badly in a chair, then falling face first to the floor.

That should be even more reason for them to tell Seth and whoever else, "Hey, we're using these spikes to hold the cage in place. So when you do a run in, don't go straight ahead down the ramp. Move a little left or right, or check for the spikes." If they didn't know, that's just, say it with me...CARELESS!

Cena taking Nakamura’s exploder directly on the back of his neck gets my vote.

Somebody seemed to be legit injured on the outisde during a ladder match, like broken bone bad. Then other wrestlers did some stupid and lengthy fall from the apron spot near them, was worried the whole time they'd land on the injured wrestler. So much so I can't remember who was involved, I've clearly blocked the traumatic memory. Thinking Sheamus or Sin Cara on outside and probably Santino on apron, maybe Cody or Ryder were involved to. I don't know if it was a ladder match but it was a multi man match in which Dolph got thrown over the top rope I believe and in the process broke Wade Barretts forearm. It was near the announcers table and I believe you could hear him yell a loud f*** when it happened Show press tossed Ziggler into Barrett. It was a freak thing, and I don't know if anyone is to blame, per se. I'd need to see it again. This lead to Barrett doing some fight club style vignettes when he was coming back.... that they kinda just dropped because....reasons?

Kind of sucked for Barrett because it seemed like he was going to move up and then he got injured The fight club stuff was too play on his bare knuckle boxing shit and then they just stopped really going into it and he basically consolidated it into the Bad News Barrett gimmick

Cena taking Nakamura’s exploder directly on the back of his neck gets my vote. And if I remember correctly, Cena put it on himself for not taking the move properly.
