What artist would you say has most likely performed one of their songs the most times?
Tom Jones must be very high on the list. The man must be sick of performing It's Not Unusual by now.

Probably a Rolling Stones song seeing as they began touring back in the 1800's.

Your Song by Elton John would have to be up there. Or Bennie and the Jets.

Probably a Rolling Stones song seeing as they began touring back in the 1800's. Fun fact: Benedict Arnold attended their first show.

Probably a Rolling Stones song seeing as they began touring back in the 1800's. Also when they did their first farewell tour.

It's the most covered song. "It's A Small World" is the most played.

Happy Birthday has to be up there.
Edit - misread the question. Would have to be a band that has been around for a while and consistently touring.
So some early hit by the Rolling Stones would be a strong contender.
Or perhaps a Bruce Springsteen song, even though the Stones have a decade on him I believe his tours have been more frequent and longer.

Release Me by Englebert Humperdinck has to be up there. He spent seemingly decades in residency at Vegas and there’s no way he’d play a show and not sing that one.
Maybe “Move It” by Cliff Richard would be the #1? It was a hit in 1958, he’s still recording and performing today and there’s a good chance that’ll be on the set list. And if it isn’t, The Young Ones sure as shit would be.

Kiss probably has performed “Deuce” at everyone of their concerts since they first began performing live..,it was in their five-song demo and precedes “Rock and Roll All Night”

Or "Summer Holiday", which came back every year, the man even had to sing it when he was a spectator at Wimbledon and rain stopped play.

Sweet Caroline was the first song that came to mind. Covered by a number of big artists, Neil being an active performer for over 50 years and being used at countless sports events.

At pretty much every show since 1991, Metallica has played Enter Sandman and Nothing Else Matters.
It kinda sucks because Nothing Else Matters totally kills the momentum of the show for me every time.

Considering the number of high profile covers it has had over the last 35 years, I'm putting my money on "Take on Me" as the most important song humanity has ever made.
