That was fun, but if folks think that was a disgustingly violent match, I'm looking forward to the reactions to the inevitable Mox vs Penta feud. Yeah, I've seen gorier matches with lightubes resulting in people taking rides to the hospital in order to not die of blood loss, but this match's real calling was blending just a little bit of that deathmatch flavor with Kenny's high octane style. It was really the best of both worlds for me in that sense. And I can't wait for them to unleash Penta on these guys too. It feels like they are toeing the line of being incredibly violent but not sending anyone with a big injury.

"Then Ricky Morton will do a Canadian Destroyer and it will be sick" -both the booking meeting and me sitting in my room at 3 AM writing fanfiction Woah, there. It was Joey Janela's fanfiction first.

This show was a dud.
Moxley and Omega were the only guys fighting like they wanted to tear the house down and make a moment. Everyone else treated it like it was another episode of Dynamite. Granted Cody had the injury so it wasn’t his fault there, but every match before the two main events felt uninspired and it’s way too soon in the company’s tenure for that. That never happened in ECW or the golden days of ROH.
JR is awful, SCU were the wrong picks for Tag Champs considering how stacked that division is, and I like Riho, but her offense packs no punch at all. The main event was not for me, but clearly I’m in the minority there. I love hardcore wrestling, but thought this one lacked charm and was a bit gratuitous. I’d like to see them pull back on the hardcore for a while and save it for feuds where it’s necessary. I hope they iron out these kinks before the next PPV.

I liked and got into the Cody/Jericho and Mox/Omega match (How the f*** did they manage to do that for so f****** long.....that is unreal)
The rest was meh
I skipped the women’s match I will admit.....I just can’t get into Riho matches at all or the division as a whole generally (Except Shida......Her match with Shanna a couple of weeks ago was great....More Shida please)
I loved Spears when he was Tye but he’s kinda boring me these days if I’m honest
Tag titles was okay though if it had been Lucia Bros vs Private Party then would have been better
As for MJF....Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!

AEW is a bit too bloody and violent for my tastes. Maybe it's another niche that WWE fails to fill, so they are claiming it, but I really don't need the gore and ultraviolence. Other than that, it was another entertaining PPV.

I missed the show, I'm glad people like it. Sounds like a good show. Few questions 1. Were there any superkicks? 2. Were there any suicide dives? 3. Were there any kickouts off finishers?

The Young Bucks were on the card. 2. Yes, Ricky Morton did one. 3. The only finishes that were kicked out of was one Cross Rhodes, and a Dirty Deeds from both Mox and Omega doing a finisher steal, the latter of which is debatable as whether it counts as a finish since Mox now has the Elevated Paradigm Shift as a step above the standard version.

I feel like this need to be emphasised more. In that not only did Morton do one after doing a Canadian Destroyer to Santana, he didn't die. Basically, if they're not building to an episode of Dynamite with a rematch of PnP against the Express from WrestleMania weekend, what even is the point?

The Rock and Roll Express have had a heel of a resurgence this year, and there's still more to come on NWA POWERRR from my understanding. You couldn't ask for any better twilight run from an all time great tag team.

Cody Rhodes, in-ring psychology master, has to be my favourite development of 2019.

Guessing they're probably putting a dent in that, at least.

Every Company has Duds, you favorite Band as a Teen probably sucked, most Star Wars Movies are bad and Nostalgia is a Fools Perception!
