Another tip for the early game: In Dollet, you can level up your GFs while keeping your own level low by giving them all to Seifer and KOing Squall and Zell, then just have Seifer win as many battles as you want since his level doesn't affect the rest of the game anyway. Also, you can kill the spider mech and get a get a ton of GF points by abusing Zell's Limit Break (or any other boss for that matter); just keep using O X, Left Right, O X, Left Right and you can deal more damage in the few seconds that the move lasts than you could with Squall's Limit Break. If you're quick enough, you can actually beat it 3 times and still have enough time left to escape the countdown. Also, if you use Haste on Zell, his Limit Break lasts a lot longer. I assume the updated game hasn't changed any of these mechanics, at least. Probably left as-is. I think the Seifer trick is probably not wholly necessary, but if someone is worried about the level scaling that much, or just doesn't mind doing the setup, that's certainly pretty clever.

Can't decide if I want this more on PS4 or Switch, I could use another JRPG on Switch, but Final Fantasy feels like such a Playstation franchise and it might feel more right on PS4.

I have to say I'm pretty impressed with the remaster's graphics. It looks like a whole new game.
