When you get your computer back to normal, you should get Zone Alarm. It's a firewall that prevents spyware and bad things from happening to your computer. I also have AVG and Spyware doctor.

There are a few forums out there that are dedicated to helping out users that have gotten hit by viruses/spyware/adware/ect. Here's a few: www.spywareinfo.comwww.spywarewarrior.comwww.amazingtechs.comYou may want to consider signing up on one of those boards. One thing I should warn you about if you do sign up: these boards tend to be quite busy, so you may not get help right away. Be sure to read the FAQ on those boards.

Update #2:
A big MAHALO to everyone who helped.
Thanks to all those who helped me, I finally got rid of all the viruses spyware and malware from my computer and I can go on the internet without it turning off. At least I think I got rid of 'em...
However there is just 1 more problem I need help with. My desktop wallpaper cannot be changed at all still yet. No clue why not, if all the viruses are indeed gone. It doesn't help euther since my brother changed it into a wall paper pic of John Cena the day he got my computer infected.
Does anyone know why it's like that and can anyone help a 'fella out with it?

Sounds like what you really need is a new brother.

Sounds like Windows Active Desktop got enabled by the virus. This site will explain how to disable it (I'm assuming you didn't have it enabled prior to your computer going wonky on you): www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000593.htm
