I wonder if Eric is done with pro wrestling for good now or if he’ll end up elsewhere. Perhaps an on screen character in AEW Oh hell no

Guess that is the reason the Smackdown women's division is so thin. Bayley: "AWWW F***!!!"

Kenny Omega also had a cup of coffee in Deep South Wrestling very early in his career, but I don't think anyone counts that.
And yes, keep Bischoff far, far away from AEW. This isn't TNA where Dixie Carter would hire anyone who worked 5 minutes for WWE and Cody already said they aren't going to bring in people just to bring them in. I can't think of anything Bischoff would actually add to AEW as an asset.

Hopefully that wanker will stay well away from AEW. Unless Khan and Cody goes stupid there's no way they'll hire this guy they're not stupid they know who's good and who's not at this stage

Hmm I want to know what was going on here. Can’t wait for the story to leak out. No 83 Weeks dropped until late yesterday evening, and it was a best of show, so I had a hunch something was up. I can’t believe this change happened so fast when Bischoff literally moved to CT for this.

This was always going to be the end game. It’s more shocking that he lasted this long to be honest. If this was the end game, why not just put Prichard there to begin with? Bischoff came back in after him, they could have easily skipped the step of having Bischoff uproot his entire life. Something definitely happened.

One final "screw you" from Vince McMahon to the man who almost put him out of business.

Meltzer often eportes Eric was always just sitting at catering. Basically Eric wasnt doing much before. I don't think I ever really got Bischoff's involvement of late. Wasn't he, by his own admission (early on), brought in to manage the relationship / be the chief liaison between WWE and FOX (because of his experience in the past working so close with TNT/TBS), and not so much head up whatever was happening on Smackdown?

Dude was there just to be a big name representative to act like they were trying different things, then if that "direction" didn't work, they'd flex their corporate muscles and axe him and show that they're serious in making that change. Nothing more, nothing less.

All the WWE struggles starts at the top and begins and ends with Vince. You can have the best talent and the best minds in the business in the company, it doesn't mean anything if ownership is bad and if the owner is a micromanager. Same situation WWE is in currently is the same situation as the Washington Redskins with Daniel Snyder as owner or recently with Al Davis when he went senile during his last decade as owner of the Raiders. The owners are the only winners because they are able to make so much money while putting out trash results. Nothing is ever going to change until their is new ownership or if Vince stops being a micromanager, which ain't going to happen with Vince anytime soon, so get ready for this same situation for the indefinite future, even at age 74.

Why do I get the feeling that this was one last massive rib from Vince McMahon to Eric Bischoff? Just a reminder that: HAHA! I WON, PAL!!! After listening to 83 Weeks for the last few months and Bischoff detailing how him and his wife uprooted their entire lives to move from Wyoming to Connecticut because this was supposedly a long-term deal that's kind of what this feels like. I'm by no means a Bischoff fan but it feels really messed up.
