Well, right now it's overly bland, repetitive, and predictable... so... I say we hop around time and universes. What could be less bland and predictable? It's basically the exact opposite!
They do those RAW anniversaries and retro shows, right? Well, now every episode is one of those, from a random point in history, or an alternative history.
Like suddenly Vince is back on commentary wearing a mustard or powder blue jacket, or Hogan's calling out Macho Man, or current wrestlers just assume the roles of bygone wrestlers (to account for those sadly departed) like... I dunno, Roman Reigns is suddenly Fake Diesel or wearing Kane's old mask and outfit and he's going to have an inferno match with Undertaker...
...and nobody questions it or acknowledges it as weird because it's like everyone's fallen through a rip in time.
Or now Austin's feuding with the owner of WWE, Shane McMahon, because in another dimension Shane was Vince Sr's son instead of Vince Jr. And Vince Jr is just some random referee who nobody feels noteworthy enough to reference during matches.
Or this week we're in a universe where WCW and ECW won, so nobody mentions WWE, RAW has become Nitro and Smackdown has become ECW Hardcore TV.
Or some other territory expanded and took over the US. Or ITV bought WWF and rebranded it World of Sport.
Just every week is some other weird timeline or point in history or whatever, and nobody ever mentions it because everyone believes whatever universe they're in right now is what happens every week... until next week, when they're in another universe and they believe that one's how reality is instead.

If you wanna experiment then get rid of the paper world title(universal championship). Prop up the WWE belt as the only true championship and defend it between the two shows. Also this gives a chance for the US title or Intercontinental title to be featured when the WWE title is not being defended on their respective shows.

You've got Prichard, bring back the Brother Love show! Dont just have it to set up matches/angles either, have some "normal" episodes with some of the newer wrestlers to help get them over.

-The entire roster gets into teams and each team gets either a unique name/brand or an old currently unused one like NWO/Nexus and has a ginormous every brand every roster tourney/war with all the groups at each other's throats.
-A Dragon Ball Z level big bad arrives and just annihilates everyone and mows everyone down until the roster's new Goku steps up
-Someone or some group actually succeed at a total takeover of the company and destroy it, the fight to restore WWE sets up a battle for which new vision of WWE goes forward.
