Yes, NXT UK still exists, and they're still in Brentwood for more from our British and European friends!
This week's main event sees South Wales Subculture defend the NXT UK Tag Team Championship against the Gallus team of Mark Coffey and Wolfgang - Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews claimed the titles in a Triple Threat match that also involved Gallus, and then defeated the Grizzled Young Veterans in a straight tag team match. Will the SWS run on top continue, or will it finally be Gallus' kingdom?
Nina Samuels continually claims that the NXT UK Women's division is her show, but she's rarely bothered the top order in the chances she's had against the bigger names. It's a step up in competition for her this week, as she's up against Xia Brookside, who had a great run in the Battle Royal a few months ago before being blindsided by Kay Lee Ray. Nina should not underestimate Xia here, or the show might have to be retooled...
Imperium are all over both versions of NXT, and they're back on the UK edition this week, as Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel are up against The Hunt. Aichner and Barthel claim that Primate and Wild Boar "defecate on the mat", but will the mat remain sacred when they square off?
Speaking of Imperium, Alexander Wolfe has has recent issues with Ilja Dragunov, going as far as to steal a match Dragunov had scheduled with Saxon Huxley a few weeks ago. Tonight, Dragunov finally gets his match with Huxley, and he might want to prove a point or two to Wolfe and Imperium in that match.
All this, and anything else that may be going on, today from 3/2c (8pm UK) on the WWE Network!

Woah, I'm no fan of the gimmick but Flash Morgan Webster was awesome during that final match.

So it's finally Gallus' Kingdom as Mark Coffey and Wolfgang are the new NXT UK Tag Team Champions. Do they build Flash and Mandrews back to win it off them, do they build up The Hunt long term, or will another team emerge?

Something that got seemingly made official here was the signing of A-Kid, the Spanish high-flyer who is best known for a match last year with Zack Sabre Jr at his former home promotion (White Wolf Wrestling) that got the five stars from Meltzer.

I'm a bit miffed with the Gallus title switch. I always felt that Andrews and Webster would be having a short, transitional reign, but that it would be Imperium to take the belts. I guess Triple H didn't want one group holding all the male championships on both NXT and NXT UK.

I usually really enjoy this show, but this week aside from the title change (which I didn't like) it seemed like such a mediocre episode. A rare miss for a usually good show.
Also, Ilja Dragunov's (sp?) theme song totally sounds like the Kazikstan National Anthem from Borat.

NXT UK has seemed really aimless since Takeover Cardiff. It's like they are just killing time or something. I guess it's a result of Walter and Imperium being on NXT on USA so much recently.

What was going on with Tom Philips voice? It sounded like he was phoning it in....literally. He sounded like he was in another country.
