Bobdunga and Tamashii have become trapped in "Glitch City", and review their findings, beta Pokemon that did not make it into the final game.
Cute video, with the premise that they have been trapped and therefore are not aware of pokemon discovered past the initial 151. Guess it fits the halloween season if you, like many, find glitches and lost content to be inherently a little haunting, a look at what could have been.
