I have a color seeing issue and another vision issue, and I literally cannot make out a single thing on my TV. Nintendo's 'Virtual Boy' messed with a lot of people who had my vision issue because of the similar red light.
I am not one to play the 'inclusion card', as i am pretty advantaged, but my god i can't see a damn thing.

The red light definitely needs to go. There is a reason they stopped doing it with Kane fairly soon into his run, but for some reason everyone running WWE seems to have forgotten that.

Why didn’t they just stick with the initial mood lighting used for the Fiend attack segments, but without the flickering?

Since having seizures, the red lighting really bothers me. I couldn't watch the HIAC match, and had work, today, so I didn't watch.

Yeah, they need to get rid of this yesterday. It's going to put off a lot of viewers, and the footage is not going to age well.
I don't even think it suits the Fiend, it's more of a Kane thing. If they want to give him a weird lighting gimmick, why not darken the arena and do a double spotlight thing (one fixed on the ring, the other to follow the fight around the arena)?

As someone who has done lighting, I can say that it doesn't have to be that striking.

I guess I'm in the vast minority, but I actually dig the red lighting. I don't understand why they make it so dark though. On every Raw they light the crowd up red, and you can still see them. I don't get why they don't use that same lighting for this.

I loved it when Kane used it not sure if it was because I was 13 years old but I think it's crap with The Fiend.

As someone who has done lighting, I can say that it doesn't have to be that striking. Yeah, it's way too saturated. They can get this effect and dial it back and it would translate better, and be easier on people's eyes.

How many matches did Kane have before they shut this crap off? Too many. They gave me the same headache the fiend does. At least I liked Kane

They can’t help but overproduce everything to death. I do have a type of colorblindness and it makes the match very hard to watch.

I can't watch any Fiend matches because that shade of red light makes my eyes burn.

I don't get why they don't use that same lighting for this. Made me think of the "Mood lighting" they did for Sin Cara early on. They shouldn't have that running through the entire match. I liked it, but it's WAY too dark. Some of what happened near the end was practically lost
