Man, I just can't imagine why New Japan wouldn't want anything to do with ROH anymore. What was this tweet? It got deleted.

A guy nobody knows that looks like a basketball player. I don't know what Mercury has been talking about on Twitter but I agree with this statement. If NJPW really wanted to help their business partner they'd send someone people actually care about that will help sell some tickets. Instead of sending a guy that means as much to Bullet Club as V.K. Wallstreet meant to the NWO.

There's other Tweets, but I'm surprised this isn't getting more publicity.

If New Japan wants him to work with ROH to learn, they better well go along with it to keep them satisfied. Like, how insulting is it to really get uppity about the quality of talent New Japan is offering them considering the "high bar" ROH has set with guys like TK O'Ryan and Brian Milonas to name a few? Who are ROH to really complain about this in 2019?

If nothing else, Hikuleo's still green, but he's also someone NJPW has a pretty obvious interest in developing, being f*** off huge by Japanese wrestling standards and his familial connections. It's worth booking the guy to keep that relationship strong, and I say that as someone who has been critical sometimes in the past of ROH's deference to NJPW. You still don't want to be an ingrate in these circumstances.

Nice to see Joey's stuff finally gaining traction. Wish the Klein stuff would have, but this is a start.

Hikuleo is a Young Lion and part of a distinguished family who New Japan sees something in. Makes sense they want him to learn from his excursion

They fired a concussed wrestler that was the backbone of one of their divisions.
Expect to see Kelly in AEW, but holy cow.
