We all have our "Why didn't this happen, dammit!?! (dumps buffet table over in a rage)" moments in wrestling. Let's share ours with the group. And they had to have been plausible interactions, everyone in the same company at the same time. No 1997 Rey Mysterio vs 2005 AJ Styles type deals.
I started this because every once in awhile, I'm bummed that Hogan and Andre never made up on-screen. I don't think they ever really interacted with each other after Summerslam 1988. They even had a perfect chance to do it when Earthquake took out Andre's knee; the Hogan/Quake feud had run its course but at least have Hogan make the save and shoot some vignettes of him and Andre burying the hatchet.
There was also probably a lot of ego involved, but we never got any Hogan/Dusty Rhodes interaction during The Dream's WWF stint. Even a random SNME tag match would have been enough for me. The promo would have been off the charts.

I really thought in 2002 Kurt Angle vs. Mr. Perfect beyond the short time they were in the Rumble together would have been great. Bonus points if they replaced the ho hum Kane vs. Kurt match at WM X8 with it.

CM Punk and Kevin Nash in the 2014 Royal Rumble. Punk eliminating him would've been revenge for what happened in 2011. However, there was no physical contact.

I feel like the original brand split caused a lot of these. Instead of getting programs of Eddie or Brock vs HBK or Randy Orton or Eddie vs Triple H or a match between Angle vs Goldberg we just got Eddie vs Angle and Angle vs Brock and HBK vs HHH over and over and over again.

Speaking of Nash in the 2014 Royal Rumble, I'll never understand why they gave him a guest Rumble spot instead of Hogan who, right before the Rumble, had just re-signed with WWE. Nash had just made a guest Rumble appearance three years prior, but Hogan hadn't been on WWE TV in six years. Imagine midway through the match, a bunch of people are ganging up on Bryan and kicking him while he’s down, and then all of a sudden, Hogan’s theme explodes throughout the arena. Hogan comes into the ring, and he and Bryan clear the ring of everyone. Then let a few more people come in before Hogan gets eliminated. Have Hogan maybe battling the Real Americans, and he tosses Swagger, but then Swagger grabs and holds onto his arm from the outside, and Cesaro comes up behind Hogan and with Swagger’s assistance helps dump Hogan over the top rope and eliminate him. So yeah, I'd say Bryan teaming up with Hogan against the Real Americans in the 2014 Royal Rumble Match.

Could still happen I guess, but Akeem, the African Dream interacting with New Day or Booker T. would be the stuff of legend.

Would have loved to see a Hogan/Dusty tag team on a SNME during Dusty's WWF run.

Even the most gentle bump you could think of would risk even more permanent injury to his mostly metal back and spine.

The Rock bowing out as a full timer in summer of 2002 just as (the exact PPV if I recall) HBK was making his comeback. If only HBK could have come back a few months earlier or if Rock had stayed on a few months later.

It's always pissed me off that Goldberg debuted in WWE literally the day after Austin's last match.
That was like everyone's top dream match in 1998-1999, and there still would have been an epic feel and a lot of money to be made from it in early 2003.

Hogan might have been a Sheik at Mania X7 situation On the note of Hogan, I would have loved to see him in the 2003 Rumble. He didn't need to win of course but he could have easily replaced bill demott or b2

Goldberg vs Taker 2003
Ultimate Warrior and Bret Hart against the entire roster in WCW. So many classic matches and interactions just thrown away.

He didn't need to win of course but he could have easily replaced bill demott or b2 For the 2003 Rumble, I'd change a few entrants in the match. B-2, Bill DeMott, and Maven and replace them with Austin, Hogan, and Raven. Austin and Hogan did return after the Rumble so may as well have them for the Rumble instead would've been awesome. Lesnar can eliminate Hulkster and would still win the Rumble. Plus we could get an Austin-Hogan Rumble showdown
