Not who has it... but the best single punch ever. Its your standard why, form, brutality or just story impact or other

Piper hits Goldust with a beauty in the Wrestlemania 12 Backlot Brawl. I think I read it was a proper non-worked punch that they agreed upon before the match.

Bill Watts pummelled Michael Hayes in UWF, Hayes was loopy after catching that.

William Regal's punch on Big Show where he fell on him was very memorable. Also Taker taking out Scotty 2 Hotty while destroying Maven at the 2002 Royal Rumble.

When Jarrett returned early in the year, his punches he threw on Elias were gorgeous.

I think that the Bart Gunn knockout punches on Steve Williams, Godfather, and Bradshaw in the Brawl for All should get a mention, as should the entire Butterbean vs Bart Gunn massacre.
As for worked punches, I just thought of two others that I loved:
1. The Undertaker on Vince McMahon at Survivor Series 2003. Backstory: Vince McMahon was just being an evil bastard to the Undertaker and Taker tricked him into a match. In the weeks before, Vince McMahon cut promos about finding religion, being at peace, and knowing that a higher power would be looking out for him. At the very beginning of the match, Vince walks up to Taker with his hands clasped in prayer and a ridiculous smile on his face. Taker decks him and he goes down. When the camera pans back to Vince McMahon, he is a bloody mess.
2. Jerry Lawler turns face. Since coming to WWE in 1993, Jerry Lawler had only ever been portrayed as a cowardly heel. On commentary, he and Jim Ross would make fun of one another, the classic face/heel commentator dynamic. Tazz had taken to mocking Jim Ross. One night, he got in his face at the commentary desk and was saying some really nasty things about Ross and his Bell's Palsy. Jim Ross slaps Tazz out of anger. Tazz tells him to do it again so that Tazz could be completely justified in doing what he was about to do, which was tear Jim Ross apart. You see Jim Ross slowly reach back to hit him one more time, and before he could do so, you see Jerry Lawler's fist come flying in out of the camera's frame to hit Tazz and take up for a man that he had grown to respect over the years in Jim Ross. It was one of those moments that gave me goosebumps because it was just so sweet to see. Also, the way it was shot was excellent as you could only see Tazz and Ross in the camera shot the whole time. You could forget Lawler was even there until his fist hit Tazz.

I can't remember the exact date, but it was in 1988 after Barry Windham turned heel and joined the Horsemen. He and Dusty Rhodes were wrestling each other and, as was the case in Dusty matches then, the ref got knocked out as Dusty got the advantage. Ron Garvin came in and cold-cocked Dusty as pretty as you please. It was as efficient a punch as you ever would see.
