It's how a heel monster gimmick should be. Unstoppable.
Now you build-up Bryan as the never say die under dog.
To get around the finisher kick-outs you can work in how Bryan tapping into the crowd's energy again could be the key to giving his stuff the extra oompf, For Bray's character it's simply light winning over dark. Now when the Feind loses he should vanish mysteriously, Have Bray do the funhouse saying how proud he is of Bryan he knew he had it in him.
So the fiend isn't ruined by overexposure, Don't use him for a while, leave it as a dark cloud hanging over SD.

The lighting isn't so bad. It really makes him stand out from everyone else.

The lighting is a little grating, but I thought it led to some excellent shots tonight.
As for The Fiend? I’m nowhere close to over him. Everything about him is an awesome spectacle. And I’m already mind-booking Daniel Bryan’s rise to re-challenge him and win at WrestleMania.
He blames the “Yes” for losing on SD. Turns full heel again. Eventually starts working his way back towards what he is now when he wins the Royal Rumble. Then finally wins with 70,000 people going nuts with him re-embracing the YES chants 100% before managing to put The Fiend away.
...,.. who am I kidding. Roman Reigns is beating The Fiend. But I can dream.

These freakin' Sin Cara lights doesn't add anything. At least add some silly clown laughts and screaming to background and pop some balloons, if it must be like this. Give him Ravenesque gimmick matches so they are at least semi decent, as Bray has not improved one bit in the ring...

He's ok but some things don't add up. Why does he talk during matches? you're forcing me to watch in a red light like I'm watching this mythological creature then you have him talking to the opponent.

Daniel Bryan is cheat code, but that was a good match. Lights just need to go.
The silver lining is what they are going to end up with a red hot babyface Daniel Bryan heating up just in time for Rumble/Mania season.

The red light nonsense needs to stop.

I still like him but I don't know where they're going with this and it's also a delicate character. All it takes is one bad turn. Yup, and Vince being Vince it feels like he's on the precipice of being Rollins'd anytime now in that "tone deaf I know what the fans want but they'll turn on it and I'll blame them for it" kinda way. That being said the match with Bryan was miles better than either of the matches with Seth. And props to D-Bry for being the hottest babyface in the company in the span of seconds. In competent hands we'd be seeing a Daniel Bryan redemption arc to being the top face in the company. Again.

I think that the red lighting is an even bigger indictment on the state of the company than people realize. It shows how the mindsets of those in charge have changed over the years. In 1997, Kane had red lighting during one or two of his first matches. People hated it and it went away very quickly. In 2019, the Fiend has that red lighting and people hate it. But now, they are seemingly unwilling to get rid of it. Where they used to listen to their audience, they are now content to dig their heals in and tell people what they should like.

If that lighting was a strobe light and one complaint came in about some kid taking a seizure during the match, it'd be gone within thirty seconds after the opening bell.
Start writing letters to WWE, the networks, _and_ the sponsors letting them know of the health concerns. The _only_ reason they used the lighting with the original Sin Cara was because of the issues Mistico was having wearing the mask under normal lighting. If it's the mask requiring the lighting, the simplest solution is to change the design of the mask so that it no longer requires the lighting. This is a case where the needs of the many (the fans) outweigh the needs of the few, or the one.

Gimmick, awesome. Music and entrance, awesome. General look, badass. Matches are where it all falls apart and that kind of matters when presented in a wrestling show. Which is why they need to treat him like Brock. But then, you are back to risking wasting people on squashes/sub-5 minute matches. Bray's strengths were always the entrances and promos. He's just getting pushed now, so good for him.

Ironically,I wonder if the red lights is to make him more over the top scary than scary scary so parents, etc don't complain. Remember after SummerSlam when there were rumors about taking away the lantern and such? They improved the red usage in his entrance in that it didn't overshadow the lantern and so forth. I'll give them that.

I think blocking out the audience would give it a much creepier look than just blurring everything out in a sea of red

I've been thinking; why are wrestling fans getting sick of talents so damn quickly now-a-days? Like, it barely takes anything before people go from liking someone to 'They suck' or 'I'm over them.'. Imagine if Hogan had his Hulkamaniacs turning on him this quickly in the 1980s??

It's just weird how quickly people can go from liking someone to disliking them over the smallest things, I'm so tempted to say it's just out and out being fickle and just wanting a reason to complain, but I can't judge because I can't get in anyone else's head; but, just imagine if this type of fanbase existed when, say, Dusty Rhodes was feuding with Ric and the Horsemen, the fans would've gone from 'Yeah, you rule Dusty' to 'Dusty's holding down other talent' in less time than it takes to watch Hard Times.

I think blocking out the audience would give it a much creepier look than just blurring everything out in a sea of red Lights completely dimmed around the arena, save for lights in the ring could certainly work in giving Fiend matches a more creepier vibe.
