Ratings are weird things but yeah, that seemed about what I expected.

Imagine WWE probably expected higher coming off of how much they made them look like a big deal at Survivor Series, but between being the night before Thanksgiving and everything else on it's kind of just weird circumstances this week so hard to say.

Taking everything into account that's a solid win for them IMO
Up against thanksgiving and that is all they lost and they won the head to head.

It's the oddest thing because, on paper, NXT should have gotten the 220,000 that AEW lost because it seemed like that audience is willing to bounce between the two sides but on the other hand, there are too many circumstances to really go "This is definitively the reason one side beat the other" which honestly seems to be the "theme" of this War if there is one.

Not bad considering the number, not too bad a hit, it certainly wasn't going to go up a day before the holidays

I'd say this is the week where NXT will feel happiest. Although they won total viewers again, they're now within 0.02 in the key demo. If I were them, I'd announce a couple of big matches ASAP, Dain/Priest isn't enough.

Ehh, chop it up towards travel and the AEW and NXT audience aren't really one in the same as been said before People may not watch one but doesn't mean they are going to watch the other on that night and vice versa

Just because they jump during the ads doesn't mean they'll jump to watch the whole show depending on circumstance, that's fair.

Man, how did AEW do so bad in comparison? Put it towards off week but next week they won't have that excuse. 2 weeks ago it was the last build to SS and last week was thanksgiving eve Depending on demo, you can say their younger demo could been in travel for the holidays but to lose over 200,000 is still a bit of a odd number

NXT is 2-0 against AEW in total viewership since CM Punk joined WWE Backstage. Just saying....

Even though this is a ratings thread regardless whether they win or loss for me each week seems to get better for NXT. This new era's pretty special. As long as they keep doing what they're doing I'm happy as a viewer.

Even though it won't matter to us given we know the logistics, people eat that shit up.

From John Pollock's summary on POST Wrestling:
NXT’s over 50 audience was the only demo that stayed even among the two shows from last week. Every other category was down for the shows.
The biggest losses for AEW were among males 18-49 and 12-34 with drops of 37% for each with adults 18-34 down 36%. The audience they retained most was adults over 50, which were down 14% from last week.
NXT saw their females 12-34 fall 42%, people 18-34 down 37%, and males 12-34 down 25%.

Maybe there was something to the " old people travel less". still a loss is a loss

And that little company never won again. In fact they sent us apology letters for even trying.
