I'm watching some RAWs from shortly after they first reintroduced the Roadie as "The Real Double J" in 1996, and I'm physically squirming hearing him sing that stupid song. That awful gimmick went on for a YEAR.
What things in wrestling (characters, angles, segments, promos, matches or anything else) are/were so bad that they've caused you actual, physical discomfort?

WWE trying really hard to get "HLA" over for titillation turns my blood into pickle juice.

The majority of John Cena's humor after 2007.
Any of Hornswoggle
The Guest Host era
Cole's forced laughter
The Old Day, Lashley's Sisters, Bayley This is Your Life, etc.

Trish made to bark, made me cringe at that time, sure if I watched it now I would cringe even harder
a lot of the man on women violence of the Attitude Era and after, fans cheering The Dudleys putting women through tables, Austin stunning Stacy because she didn't like the taste of beer etc.
Bringing real life death into a storyline

But as I got older and I know that Bubba protected them and the stories of Trish and Mae Young wanting to take it, it's not a big deal to me anymore. Now the Austin thing, yeah...that's awkward.

Anytime I watch old wrestling and women get mocked for their weight or their looks.

I didn't mind Rey dedicating the Rumble and his Wrestlemania title match to Eddie, but they laid it on thick each week with that storyline. I don't know if I imagined this or not, but I remember seeing Eddie's image a week or so after he died on WWE.com selling his merch and next to his image it said "Viva La Savings".

In addition to stuff that's already been posted...
Rikishi's "I Did It for the Rock" angle that derailed his career Katie Vick Brutus "The Butcher" Beefcake main eventing Starrcade Hacksaw Jim Duggan beating Stunning Steve Austin repeatedly in squash matches TNA's Spike-era proclivity to ignore the talent they had for the shiny new talent The botched "screw job" finish at Starrcade 1997 that completely killed a year-long angle WCW never following up on the "Finger Poke of Doom" by using Goldberg to kill off the nWo The Mexicools riding to the ring on their Juan Deere lawn mowers Jeff Hardy at Victory Road 2011 nWo 2000 Beaver Cleavage The British Bulldog's "comeback" to the WWF in 1999 Misusing Taz after he came to the WWF Paul Boesch's widow and son supposedly getting screwed out of control of the Houston Wrestling library even though they need the money
And that's just off the top of my head

Pretty much any WWE comedy segment not involving Chris Jericho or The Rock, and even some of those.
