Dynamite is live this week from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex... Garland, Texas to be more specific, as we start the penultimate episode of 2019! As ever, discussion rules here: officialfan.proboards.com/thread/592137/rules-discussion-weekly-aew-shows
This isn't Tokyo... this Texas related match is actually happening in Texas! The Young Bucks' issues with Proud N Powerful predate Dynamite, and we've got to the stage where Santana and Ortiz aren't satisfied with simply beating Matt and Nick Jackson, they want to take them out of wrestling for good. With all things legal more or less in a Texas Street Fight, will the Inner Circle's ruffian and thug drive The Elite out of All Elite Wrestling?
Cody gets the chance to get payback against The Butcher and The Blade... but in doing so, he gave Maxwell Jacob Friedman the right to pick his partner, and of course MJF saddled him with backstage gofer QT Marshall. MJF stuck Andy Williams and Pepper Parks on Cody to prove his wealth, while at the same time having absolutely zero interest in having a match with him. How will the American Nightmare get out of this one?
With Hikaru Shida's shock loss to Kris Statlander last week, the AEW Women's Division is wide open. One person looking to take advantage is Emi Sakura, who could supplant her countrywoman at the top of the rankings with a win over Big Swole, who is making her first Dynamite appearance tonight. Will order be restored, or will we get another shock result?
The Lexicon of Le Champion had a lot of names on it, including "Marty" and Moxley... a lot of times... and my apologies to any member of The Scorpions. One person not on the Lexicon was Jungle Boy, and this week he'll be preparing for his big non title match with Chris Jericho, taking place at the 2019 finale in Corpus Christi. Will there be any confrontations this week, and will Jon Moxley get involved?
All this, plus MJF somehow getting a live mic... and cults, LOTS OF CULTS... tonight from 8/7c on TNT in the US, TSN in Canada and FITE TV worldwide!
