Tonight's RAW is... not quite live from Des Moines, Iowa (that's because they're taping slightly in advance as they're also taping next week's episode this evening), and one of the longest gaps between PPVs begins as we're on the six week road to the Royal Rumble in Houston!
Last night's TLC main event saw Kairi Sane pretty much killed, but Asuka outlasted both Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair to hold on to the Women's Tag Team Championship in a gruelling TLC Match. Recently, Lynch has said that there's one last debt to be repaid, and The Man couldn't get it done last night, so what odds on Asuka getting a shot at Becky's RAW Women's Championship in the future... say the Royal Rumble?
Neither man featured prominently if at all last night, but Randy Orton and AJ Styles look to settle their differences in a huge match tonight. Styles blames Orton for costing him the United States Championship against Rey Mysterio, and then again costing him in the rematch, will the Phenomenal One get revenge, or will the Viper strike?
Seth Rollins gave in to his dark urges last week, joining forces with Akam and Rezar of AOP to take out Kevin Owens, and then he blamed it on the fans rejecting him "for no reason" (actually Seth there's MANY reasons, very few of them in-ring related). With Owens not likely to be able to make it this week (or indeed next), what will be Rollins and AOP's next chapter?
Rusev left TLC without his wife and also without the winner's share of the pay window, as Bobby Lashley put him through a table, with Lana helping out by climbing on the Bulgarian Brute's back. Will Rusev look to even the odds tonight, or will he let things be and move on?
In addition, the Viking Raiders and The OC still need to settle things after there was no winner last night in their RAW Tag Team Championship match, and Aleister Black is seeking someone else to knock on his door after dispatching of Buddy Murphy. And what's up with Andrade and Zelina Vega following another loss to Humberto Carrillo?
All this and much more tonight from 8/7c on USA!
