I'm 3 months and some days older than The Simpsons...
That being said it's one of the best TV shows ever made.

Congratulations to them for 15 years of legendary television followed by 15 years of mediocre to unwatchable garbage.
The characters themselves are iconic though.

Love this show. Love it till this day. Still watch the newer eps and have seen some of the 00s stuff that is too family guy.
I like that the show is more family friendly over the last 5 years

When the show debuted I was the same age as Bart and saw a bit of myself in his story. Now that I watch these episodes again for the first time in decades I see a lot of myself in Homer.
