I keep reading this quote in the Men's Wearhouse guy's voice every time I see the thumbnail on YouTube.

I keep reading this quote in the Men's Wearhouse guy's voice every time I see the thumbnail on YouTube. Not pictured: Abadon absolutely hating their training with Al Snow.

The April 6th edition of Collision will air after TNT's coverage of that night's Final Four game so it will likely start airing between 11:30 PM and midnight. This also means it largely avoids a direct conflict with the first night of WrestleMania.

Will likely run against the back half of WM Night One's main event, though (probably the actual finish of it and whatever aftermath happens).

I keep reading this quote in the Men's Wearhouse guy's voice every time I see the thumbnail on YouTube. I mean… someone’s already died in a WWE ring, so what’s he going for beyond “trash AEW cuz it’s cool”??

I keep reading this quote in the Men's Wearhouse guy's voice every time I see the thumbnail on YouTube. This makes it sound like Snow is planning on personally murdering somebody during a show. Considering how ineffective AEW's staff and Security has been shown to be on their TV shows I'm worried for the safety of the Roster

AEW Dynasty will be purchasable on Triller TV in North America.
Appreciate somewhat consistent PPV streaming quality, America!

DDT did their spoof of Anarchy in the arena with Ender Sandman playing throughout. They even had their own mini-van spot, I hope Sue isn't as brutal.

Since TK made Revolution available on Fite/Triller because of the technical issues on BR, I am guessing that this move has been in the works. I would expect that WBD wants to move all live content off BR Live and on to MAX. They just can't until the deal with AEW is done.

Yeah, feel like around the same time we hear about how many NBA games will end up there next season, we'll probably hear about AEW ending up there. Triller's a good placeholder as a backup for BR Live in the meantime, though.

What is it about AEW that turns people into such whimpering, pearl clutching dorks. Al Snow worked for ECW and was close friends with Mick Foley ffs, hope he lectured them in the same way. Guy couldn't even do a moonsault properly yet gets on his high horse about the spots carried out by legitimately world class pro's. AEW do some dangerous looking spots but it's hardly the CZW Tournament of Death is it. It's a risky industry but that sort of shitty, hyperbolic line he's used there get used for AEW more than any other company I can think of.

Forget Mick Foley, he worked in the same company as New Jack. Who tried to kill a guy from a tall height. Twice.

Slight correction, the next three PPVs will be available on Triller (Dynasty, Double or Nothing and Forbidden Door). For AEW Plus subscribers, there's a three PPV bundle with those three and nothing's been confirmed if that'll be with the American version yet.

Haven’t seen a company get this much ba lash in a long time and the majority of it is bad faith concerns that barely resemble anything AEW is doing.

Haven’t seen a company get this much ba lash in a long time and the majority of it is bad faith concerns that barely resemble anything AEW is doing. It definitely feels that way especially with the upturn in how generously WWE is perceived. I know they've improved but they seem to get the same level of praise even when they deliver an absolute dud, and by most metrics they deliver more of them than AEW whether that's a weekly show, match or PPV. Really feels like astroturfing. AEW could do with some more friends in the media. Ironically I started watching AEW because of the backlash of Brawl Out and hearing certain people talk about what a joke AEW was and how much it sucked and blah blah blah. I'd intended to watch for ages but life had always gotten in the way and I was travelling for a while but upon hearing that I was like "there's no way it can be that bad". The bits I'd seen (Punk's debut, Cody vs Dustin, the first Parking Lot Fight, Lucha Bros vs Bucks Cage Match, the crowd singing Judas without the music, a couple of MJF promos and Le Dinner Debonair) had all been incredible and I'd read loads of critical acclaim for early Dynamite's and virtually all of their PPV's so I just didn't believe it. Sure enough I tuned in and it was f***ing great, easily the best mainstream wrestling I'd seen in 20 years and it wasn't even close. And that was them arguably at their worst. They went on a crazy run of high quality shows towards the end of that year, all really well received in front of hot crowds and the perception of it and reactions didn't change a jot. I stopped properly listening to anything regarding wrestling and reading reviews at that point because what I was hearing just didn't even remotely resemble what I was seeing, as you've alluded to at the end of your post there. I don't actively seek anything out now but still see it all the time, the clickbaity headlines about how bad AEW is now, usually right after they've delivered one of their best ever shows or something similar.

The thing with most of the minor grifters is that they don't actually watch shows properly.
They hear some noise, watch a few clips and try to get attention. Wwe is very good for this easily digestable approach because their video packages make anything look good. A crowd going mad for The Rock is simple to grasp. At its best you have to actually watch aew to get the most out of it. Leads to weird takes when they clearly missed the part of the build that explained why something happened.
Outside of wwe, aew and maybe njpw they know even less.
Most posters here are better informed than people that have been in the business decades. Fair enough they can't watch it all but it undermines much of what they say because their frame of reference is just their own brief period of success 20+ years ago.
