Does he last longer? He avoids the awful feud with Triple H. Maybe he gets Lesnar instead. Angle/Benoit/Edge/Mysterio, etc....
Clearly Smackdown was more WCW and had a better fit for Scotty. So avoiding Raw and HHH, does he last longer in WWE?

I would have preferred he began as a heel, as I think he was better suited for the role. He could've still had a big debut, and fit into a number of feuds.
Have him debut on Raw and side with HHH. They had common ground. Steiner helps HHH in his feud with Booker T.
Have him debut on Smackdown and start a stable with Test and Billy Gunn to feud with Lesnar.

Prime Kurt Angle, Benoit and a young Brock would have been way better matches although probably not great by any means as Steiner was already reaching Hogan levels of immobility by that point.

Steiner surrounded by the likes of Big Show, Lesnar, A-Train, Morgan, Jones and Cena would mask his weaknesses. He at least makes it to 2005-06 easily on Smackdown.

One thingâs for sure...Stephanie wouldâve been screaming âboom shaka lakaâ and howling at the moon a lot more often

I don't think even the likes of Angle or Benoit were carrying that dude and his f***ed up foot to a good match. I'm glad he went to Raw though, we wouldn't have gotten one of the most unintentionally hilarious segments ever if he didn't.

He sucked with Triple H, and Triple H is no slouch in the ring. Steiner was a lost cause at this point.

Scott Steiner vs Kurt Angle that time would've been something, think of the promos. Or what about Steiner vs Billy Gunn, think of the promos and Steiner picking on Billy for his love of asses.

He was slow and plodding, often injured from the excess bulk he was carrying around, and had no desire to make anyone except him and his friends look good. Shawn Michaels was the only one who had good matches with him back then.

Scott Steiner early 2000's run to me is one of those Mandela Effects I swore he was on Smackdown but yeah he wasnt. He made one appearance on Smackdown when both Raw and SD were vying for his services, as I recall he had Stephanie laying up on a table or something like that.

Steiner fell down while trying to do moves, he was too injured, it wouldâve also failed on smackdown.

A heel run on Smackdown would have been cool actually. His face run against Triple H was f***ing awful, but I liked his mid card run later on.

He wouldâve had 141 2/3% chance of a better run.

I don't think he could've kept up with the pace of some of the Smackdown guys. He needed to work slower matches.

His foot was f***ed. Nobody was going to wrestle well enough to get around that.
