I always thought when Jacqueline was a heel she was good at that type of character and felt it suited her better than the generic face she was towards the end of her wwe time. I know she could work a match, but thought she was a better heel than a face.
Though I think we only saw it in the wwe during the sable feud, rewatching the old raws from 98 she came off as that loud mouth who got away with sneak attacks and cheap shots, but when it came to one on one confrontations she'd lose or get humiliated by sable. She came off as someone you wanted to see lose. Her heel role in uswa and in tna seems to fit it more so. Like the Gail kim feud or when she was managing beer money. I recall instances she would insert herself in their matches only to get embarrassed.

Would Banks and Bayley in their current form apply here, or are they in one of the other categories? I love both of them to death, but occasionally their writing felt kinda “mean girl” at times. I want women’s Memphis heels, hiding foreign objects behind the ref’s back and their boots on the ropes on a pinball. Mandy as 1985 Tully Blanchard? Sasha on 1987 Dibiase jackassery?

As much I didn't want to give Britt Credit she currently seems to be an example of becoming a scumbag heel, she is just a loudmouth jerk all around.WWE could use someone like that that is just an all around jerk.

They need someone who is good but a tier below the biggest names, loses a title shot in a straight up match.
Months later it's their chance again, this time they engineer things so they can pick the stipulation. This time it will be different, play up what their sick mind will go to and then... Bra and panties match.
Face protests WWE don't do those anymore but it turns out they're still in the rulebook and nothing can be done.
Could announce it as surprise when their opponent is wearing something like a dress with a big zip down the front to steal the title or do a stable/weapons beatdown before the stripping. Could even play it completely straight and have a technical classic under those rules.

I’d legit mark for Deville locking in a figure four on an opponent with Mandy holding her arms for leverage.
