For NXT standards I thought it was a bit of a slog, but I also haven't been feeling well today so that maybe that has something to do with it. It was still more entertaining than what we usually get from Raw and SD.. I'll go 6.
I appreciate that tonight's had more segments than usual.

Tonight was very boring outside of the main event and Dijakovic/Dain. And I really did change the channel before Bianca came on. 5.

I would really like to lie and say it was fantastic but in all honesty that was the weakest episode of NXT in months
6
Apart from the segments tieing into and the main event including the surprise return the show felt like a slog to get through and NXT should never feel like a slog to get through.
They had good to very good matches as usual but overall tonight just lacked an energy.
Really expect for much stronger on the go home show.

Crowd wasn't as hype as usual, wrestlers didn't go past first gear besides Devlin/Breeze and Dijak/Dain. It was entertaining but nothing on the show happened that was outright crazy. One of their "worst" outings but even then it was still entertaining to watch so it is what it is

It was a solid show and Dream returning was great, but felt like a holding pattern show.
Honestly this was the first time in a while I felt like NXT really needs a shake up in a long time as it just feels like too much of a holding pattern

That was a very mediocre show. The matches didn’t really click, nor did a handful of the segments.
UE is always good.
I don’t love Dream as much as most, but it was still a nifty return.
5. The worst score I’ve ever gone for NXT.

Swerve is horrible everything he does has to be set up. Diajakoca is okay but he does a bunch of crap he shouldn’t and he sells horriblly. Dain is great. Mercedes got what she needed. UE literally can do everything. The opened segment was ok. I go 6

Yeah either loved or hated the opening segment lol I loved it. Brosweighters are a perfect oddball tag team. Oh Kyle O'Reilly rules*
Garza vs. Swerve. This match ruled. Fast, creative and great back and forth.
*Undisputed Era rule lmao
Dain vs. Dijakovic. Awesome hoss fight. Big boys going hard.
Great interview segment with Gargano and Balor.
Mercedes Martinez vs. Kacy. I like Kacy, but this and was all about Mercedes.
Devlin vs. Breeze. This match took to long to pick up. Devlin should've been showcase better imo
Women's Segment. Fantastic segment that made everyone look good.
6 Man Tag. Hope Ciampa is ok first off. Second this was a really good match...shocking I know. Riddle and Dunne real picked up the "slack" without Ciampa. Loved Ciampa wanting Cole at the end.
Velveteen Dream's return was f***ing awesome. Dude had Roddys wife and kid on tights, but he's the face! I loved it .
I thought it one of the most well rounded shows with matches, segments, etc.. Not the best show or anything, but I thought it was NXT solid which in my eyes is a 7.

6.
Garza vs. Swerve was really good. I don't know why they changed Swerve's awesome theme or gave him a jizz-font for his tron.
Mercedes finally got her spotlight.
I'm still not sold on Dijakovic, he's impressive, but something about him just doesn't click with me.
Kyle O'Reilly is still just as adorkable as ever.
Breeze vs. Pseudo-Balor was alright. I didn't enjoy it as much as others.
The interview with Gargano and Real Balor was decent as far as these types of things go since they're usually awful dumpster fires on the main roster.
The Rhea/Charlotte/Bianca segment was fantastic, mostly due to Belair.
Kinda sick of Ciampa being able to bumrush everyone, and easily best the UE over and over. I'm starting to sour on this Stone Cold-lite routine. I still like him, just not his booking recently.
Velveteen's return was cool, but I thought it could've been done a LOT better. But his tights f***ing ruled.
It was an easy watch. And a solid 6. I'd go 6.5 if I were gonna be nitpicky.
