Keanu Reeves was the goalie in Youngblood, does that count? I think he only had one line. he was also the Ortiz the Dog Boy in Freaked... a movie directed, writtena and starring Alex "Bill" Winter.... though that doesn't really count since that was After both Bill & Ted's and... a bunch of other movies Keanu was known for ... (Bram Stoker's Dracula, Much Ado About Nothing etc.) That said Youngblood is before most of the stuff he is known for so I'd count it.

And Craig actually plays Winslet's love interest in a "A Kid in King Arthur's Court" subplot. He had done bits on TV, including a syndicated Zorro series, and in the movie The Power of One, but I feel he didn't break out as a lead until Layer Cake. Speaking of Craig, in '93 he had small roles in episodes of Covington Cross, Sharpe, Zorro, and Young Indiana Jones Chronicles. That's a lot of period pieces.

These've happened a few times in Doctor Who. Daleks in Manhattan/Evolution of the Daleks had a young Andrew Garfield in a side role as one of the poor kids from Hooverville and Unicorn and the Wasp had Felicity Jones as one of the party guests and suspects. Human Nature/Family of Blood had Harry Lloyd and Thomas Sangster before Game of Thrones. On a similar note, a few Scottish sitcoms were the same, Katie Dickie appeared as a pregnant competitor in a quiz night on Still Game, and David Tennant appeared on an episode of Rab C Nesbitt as Davina in some lovely 90s transphobic humour. In films, Aaron Paul makes a small appearance in Mission Impossible 3 as the brother of Ethan Hunt's wife, also Ed Harris appears in the Father's Day segment of Creepshow. Some of my favorite things about Doctor Who is how sometimes future stars of the show end up being cast in small one off parts in other seasons. Perhaps the most famous is The Fires Of Pompeii, which features not only Peter Capaldi as the patriarch of the Caecilius family who are central to the story, but Karen Gillan as a Soothsayer. They even have an explanation later in Capaldi's run as to why he bears a resemblance to Caecilius. I believe Capaldi was pretty well known even before doing that episode, but Karen may not have been.

John Oliver was in the opening scene of Green Wing as a used car salesman for about 30 seconds.

I had no idea that Jessica Alba was on 90210 until last week when those stories came out where she called out the cast for being kind of jerks to her

So here's one I just stumbled across - in 1993 Ben Affleck showed up in an episode of Almost Home (The Torkelsons season two).

Bonnie Franklin had a small part in the 1956 movie The Wrong Man.
Todd Bridges, David Faustino, and Melora Hardin all appeared on an episode of Little House on the Prairie.
Marilyn Monroe appeared in the Marx Brothers movie Love Happy.
