Like I said in the “Rate” thread, that was one of the most badass things I had seen this year.
You could argue it was kind of no selling the beating he had taken but I counter that by saying Darby was more going out on his sword than anything and to his credit, it almost worked.
Darby rules.

The way I took it was, he kept inching his way to the corner on the hopes that Mox would be there in some capacity. But when he finally got there and there was no partner, he just stiffened up like "This is how it's gonna f***ing be" and summoned his last adrenaline rush to either win this thing, or at least let the entire Inner Circle know they were in a war before it reached the end.

I have never seen anything like that match before. Darby tagging himself in and then going on a rampage to the point he almost beats 5 guys at once. Frigging insane.

Darby will be the AEW Champion by the end of next year.

If this one gesture alone doesn't convince the majority of viewers that this man is money, I don't know what will.

There are guy who woudl make that spot look really goofy and weird. With Darby it clicks so perfectly, and is one of the best character moments I've seen so far this year.

Darby is money and absolutely a star right now in AEW. It's only a matter of time before he holds some gold for how over he is.
Only sad thing is he apparently got knocked clean out by Jericho on the Judas Effect Suicide Dive, I hope he's ok but it sounds like he is but I always worry about Darby because he's so awesome I wanna see him for 20 more years not have him get Paige'd, lol.

I think about what Vince would do with a talent like Darby, and I get so happy he's not there. He is the rabid pitbull of AEW.
