Man that's risky even without the threat of Covid. Sugar lows are scary and can happen during strenuous activity

Had no idea he was even a diabetic. Stay safe you beautiful belt guitaring bastard. I heard him talk about it on Jerichoâs podcast some time back because Chris has kids that are type 1 diabetic. I remember Kyle having a... letâs say not great opinion on type 2 diabetics, but I like that heâs bringing awareness.

I hate when people treat hardships and illnesses like a competition. Hopefully he's changed his tune since then, I still wish him the best.

Honestly, I donât really blame someone whoâs is Type 1 being bitter towards people with Type 2 as it is largely a preventable disease. Itâs really no different then someone whoâs never smoked getting lung cancer being bitter towards a 2 pack a day smoker suffering from the same Not saying they donât deserve sympathy or anything, but I can understand someone who caught a bad hand having a hard time working up sympathy for the person who brought it on themselves.

Type 2 also has a genetic component so it's not completely preventable. You can do things to lessen your chance of developing it but some people are going to get it even if they're only slightly overweight.

But there are a significant percentage of people developing it now who 100% couldâve prevented it. As obesity rates have risen, so have Type 2 diabetes diagnosis.

Being a dick about someone's illness/injury makes them a shitty person in every context that is said in. Anyways, anyone with a pre-existing condition should not be wrestling right now. Health is more important than Vince McMahon's megalomania.

I havenât actually heard what he said, so I canât actually directly comment on that part.

Had no idea he was even a diabetic. Stay safe you beautiful belt guitaring bastard. Neither did I! I would assume type 1, right? I mean... there is a wrestler like me? Floored. And he just earned a fan here.

There's a whole load of scummy things WWE have done lately but not making a list of those most vulnerable to the virus and telling them to stay home as soon as this started is probably at the top. That's what gets me. I'm assuming they have medical records on all their workers and are aware of pre-existing histories and such. Then again, based off this disaster of a PR week for WWE, it's kinda obvious worker safety and wellness aren't the first things considered during a literal, world-changing, once in a lifetime pandemic. What a shitty, shitty family.

What a shitty, shitty family. Thatâs a very valid point. There absolutely shouldâve been a âno goâ list made as soon as corona virus became an issue of talent who are immunodeficient and immediately put them on leave

Kyle OâReilly hasnât wrestled since March 11th, which is right before all of the social distancing and empty arena shows started. That was the last show of any kind with a crowd.
