What it says in the title. As my screen name indicates, I'm crazy about being in the water, but while I'm more conventional in my choice of swim venue, I'm fascinated by unconventional bathing spots. ACTUAL bathing spots, not just some drunk person making dumb drunk decisions, lol. Especially in metropolitan areas. I'm mostly thinking stuff like fountains and the like, but pretty much want to hear about anything. Pictures/video not required, but are quite welcome!

About a half dozen times last year I saw people put plastic liners in their trucks and pump the back full of water for a redneck pool party. They sit there with friends and drink beer all afternoon.
I'm guessing the water at the sewage treatment facility has a lower urine/water ratio than the back of one of those trucks does after a couple hours.

I live in rural Manitoba, give us any small amount of water during summer and I guarantee you someone tries to swim in it

Flooded street. Well not swimming but bathing. Ew! I'd hate to think what kind of diseases you could catch doing that.

Pretty sure it was on Tosh.O, a guy lounging in a water filled pot hole like it was a hot tub.

When I was like 7, we had a little office building around the block, with a shallow but wide fountain in front of it. A few neighborhood kids and I swam in it at least a couple of times. Can’t remember if the workers told us to f*** off or not.

For a few years now, I've been kind of curious about how that works out, especially since I bought a new pick-up late last year. Not that I have any plans to try it for myself any time soon, lol.

I wouldn't consider this legit, but it's stayed in my damn head ever since, but one of the Ripley's Believe it or Not TV shows featured a guy dipping himself in toxic waste (not the cartoonish stuff that's basically ooze, more like waste water from a treatment facility).

What, like the back of a Volkswagon? Please elaborate, if there's anything to tell! It seems really uncomfortable.
