OK, before I start watching, I'm somehow compelled to check if LJN made this game.
*checks*
Nope. It was made by a company called Ocean, who I only recognize for also making a couple WWF games back then.

That was a fun review but the ending really cracked me up. Nice work, James.

A few okay games, but will mostly be remembered for pumping out a bunch of sub par licensed games like the above example.

Surprised he didn’t try to have a Dennis the Menace stand-in antagonizing him.

Ah yes, the confusion of my childhood. Turning on cartoons and seeing Dennis the Menace is next, then wondering why he looks or acts nothing like the Beano comic.

Ocean made the SNES Jurassic Park game, which had no save system, slow FPS indoor gameplay, and I had to try to remember where all the eggs were to finish the game. I never finished it.

Surprised he didn’t try to have a Dennis the Menace stand-in antagonizing him. Hell, with his luck in getting major guest stars, I'm surprised he didn't try and reach out to the kid who played Dennis himself.

Surprised he didn't mention the Amiga port that where the devs deliberately threw in an impossible jump in the last level because they didn't feel like coding an ending.

The ending was literally a ten second long mode 7 zoom out of the island and a "You Win" screen, so you didn't miss much at all.

Say what you want about this movie, I think this was Walter Mathew comeback movie. In recent years before this movie I haven't seen him in anything.
Waiting for the modern day Dennis the Menace when Dennis keeps telling people Mr. Wilson is his best friend, which in turn gets Mr. Wilson arrested for hanging out with a little boy.

I completed Jurassic Park on the SNES and that ending was a kick in the dick I recall my brother spending weeks working on that game, having to leave the snes on because there was no save mode. Made it so far into the game. And then a lightning storm knocked out our power. I’ve rarely seen him that pissed.

Off topic, researching the 93 movie, I don't know what research the movie makers were using, but it seems the 50's / 60's sitcom might be what they used as their source material. One thing the 93 movie has in common with the old sitcom, the only one's of Dennis pears from the comics to appear are Tommy / Joey and Margret. The movie subs Joey for Tommy, still the formula Dennis only peers is a best friend sidekick and Margret. Any another kid is just minor. The sitcom had other characters make guest appearances, but Tommy and Margret were the only regulars.
I expect the 50's / 60's not to have any of Dennis non white friends, but the 93 movie?
