Chicken Wings - Best recipe you have found?

It's going to be quite hot in England over the weekend and was thinking of doing some tasty chicken wings (not chillied up to burning your mouth in spice though).

What is the best recipe you have found or used?

Not specifically for wings, but this was the greatest chicken recipe I've ever made -



Honestly, I wouldn't even bother with the sauce, just mix some Cayenne pepper, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and brown sugar in with the flour and salt and you'd get some amazingly delicious crispy fried chicken.
