EDIT: I edited the title since he was the one shot, not doing the shooting.

"Try his talents at AEW".
Oh, that's real f***ing cute to say to an armed stalker. Get f***ed, security guard.

This is really, really not WWE's week, is it?

I'm guessing the AEW comment was to deescalate the situation and not have him going crazy but based upon the wording I can't tell if he said that before or after the guy was apprehended

Gets rid of the guy and he's not likely to be angry.

He's trying to deescalate the situation, maybe get the guy to chuckle, and buy some time before police show up.

Jesus Christ this dude is something else. He needs help badly.
He’s a danger to himself and anyone around him.

I'm not going to judge a guy dealing with a serious, potentially violent situation whatever way he thought best. It's a weird comment in writing but whatever he did, it worked.

Yeah, I'm not even sure why the AEW line had to be reported, when the poor guy is just trying to get the crazy stalker to leave without anyone getting hurt.

The signature thign speaks to how much this guy needs help. Don't know if he'd calmed down for while and just went off his meds or what, but he's clearly not well and the risk of someone getting hurt again is upsettingly steep.

the can't sign "psyops" thing yeah... this guy has a lot of issues that needs to be worked out.
Hopefully he gets/wants help...
I didn't think the AEW thing was meant to be anything but a deescalation thing... and without hearing how he said it it's hard to judge what he meant by it.

The alternative is gross but taking wrestling fan cynicism out of it that line can only be used to calm the person down as a joke specifically when they are saying as well they are trying to calm them down and this person needs help

This is really, really not WWE's week, is it? That could be applied to any week this year

This pretty much screams for The Simpsons "Don't worry, folks. He'll get the help he needs." meme. With Braun, Drew, and Lashley whooping his ass backstage.

The Perfomance Center Stalker... Trying his talents in AEW? Crazy nights of WWE getting just crazier! Sounds like a mystery to me.
