Ric Flair is my favorite of all time, and arguably the greatest wrestler of all time... but in WWE land, he's just pretty good.
Who is your WWE guy? Excluding territories, and ECW, WCW. Not including any of that history. Only what they've done in Vince's demented playground. Previous WWE or post WWE history does not apply.
Kayfabe and non-kayfabe activities are totally valid. Tv shows, talk shows, whatever. Only while being under WWE.

John Cena. Most WWE Titles won, and under WWE jurisdiction, most US Titles.

Overall I think it’s The Undertaker. I love Steve Austin & HBK but Taker has been around for almost 30 years and despite his decline in recent years the character is still iconic.

Probably Mick Foley, Daniel Bryan is close but I find Micks stuff is easier to go back and watch because the other stuff on the shows was more interesting too.
Honourable mention to Eddie Guerrero too

If I did a list of my favourite WWF/E matches of all time, Bret Hart would probably have more matches on it then anyone, so I'd probably go with him

Even disregarding his early career, Bryan stays the best. The sheer versatility in roles he's played over the years is staggering and he excelled at every single one.

My gut reaction to the question was, "Mick Foley", since he's the person who has had the most matches I'd probably be able to just throw on any given day. Daniel Bryan would also probably be a contender. He's somehow never garnered a 5 star match from Meltzer, which surprised me to learn, but I bet he's had a whole lot of 4s. Very consistent, and pretty versatile.

The Rock He could put on great wrestling matches/great promos either heel or face. He could adapt to changing circumstances and he didn't mind putting people over either.

Bret Hart or Randy Savage for me. Oh, Savage is definitely a great choice, too. His Jake Roberts encounters, the Steamboat stuff, Flair, etc.

Overall package: John Cena. An amazing catalog of matches, great human being, and the best WWE representative that the company ever produced.

As far as WWE lifers, John Cena. Both in terms of personal entertainment and what he’s meant for the company/business as a whole. Bret and Undertaker are tied for second.
