Obviously the Hogan And Warrior criss cross is well known.
Also Edge and Randy Orton gave it a go in 2004
But who else has done this spot in wrestling?

I don't have the answer to your question. But the first time I saw a criss cross was when Hogan and Warrior did it. And the way Jesse Ventura yelled “CRISS CROSS!!!!” I assumed that this was a monumental occurrence in wrestling and was the apex of danger and excitement. Many a matches involving my Hasbro figures would involve a criss cross followed by me shouting “CRISS CROSS!!!!!!” in my best Jesse Ventura voice.

Eventually, one guy usually does a leap frog over the other, or has to leap over a guy as he drops down, so you could say the criss cross makes them jump....
...jump.

I think I've seen it in a few All Japan matches from the 80s... pretty sure Terry Funk did it a few times.

Pillman would do it and he would outsmart his opponent by sliding out of the ring and leave his opponent still running unaware that he's outside

A lot of guys in the 70s/80s did it, first example that comes to mind is Wrestlemania where it happens right away in the Tito/Executioner match.

Pillman would do it and he would outsmart his opponent by sliding out of the ring and leave his opponent still running unaware that he's outside That's some Looney-Tunes-running-around-the-tree battle tactics, there (where one of them stops running around the tree and the other is part of the blur that keeps going and going). While we're on the topic: everyone complains about the Irish Whip breaking kayfabe/suspension-of-disbelief, but isn't the Leapfrog worse? The Leapfrog Battle Plan: "I'm going to risk getting grabbed out of the air into the most compromised position in wrestling (where your opponent can throw you), AND if it goes wrong I'm getting headbutted in the crotch; BUT THINK OF THE REWARD IF IT SUCCEEDS! My opponent will be...um...mildly confused, just as if I had side-stepped them."

At the time, my friend and I thought it was hilarious when Shawn and HHH did the criss cross.
EDIT: Nevermind, misremembered the spot. Can't delete.
