Not 100% sure how they're getting away with blatantly ripping off JSR, but I'm all the f***ing way down for this. Think it’s just simply the fact that a) nothing that’s done design wise can really be trademarked unless it’s really specific and b) for as much passion the fan base has, the last few JSR titles we got were terrible sellers so if SEGA were to do something about it, they’d sort of look petty as hell since, well, they’re not going to do anything with it for a long time. |
