That strong demo score is gonna make AEW a profitable company for a long time if they can maintain/build it up

Good rating. It's nice to see the consistency for the show to be back in the top 10.

Might be interesting to see if they can start building the audience that way.

Seems that the viewership loss came from the 50+demo mostly(from last weeks .31 to .27), male demo also decreased(.44 to .39), im surprised the female demo improved.

The show could have been better but it was hard to top last week.
Demo God is killing it. Does this mean that every opening segment is going to have Jericho or IC members? If so, that could be detrimental at a point.

With a Moxley/Darby world title match next week, you'd hope they'd keep momentum, and fix some of the hiccups they had this week as well. But they kept good form honestly, I really wonder how they and NXT are gonna look when Basketball also returns by next weeks airing.

Thing is, has Darby Allin shown any particular ability to draw a rating when he's been put in a main event spot?
Is there any rhyme or reason to NXT's ratings? It's not like they had anything particularly interesting this week to advertise. I guess Balor in the main event did a better number?

I have the feeling the opener tanked the viewership compared to the last 2 weeks.

I think the match with Hager was the only time he didn’t draw and that was probably because of how they produced that one.

It's not like they had anything particularly interesting this week to advertise. I guess Balor in the main event did a better number? He's only mained three times, first vs Jericho for the belt which was a predictable match, second in a tag with Mox where Mox was taken out, and then a match with Moxley as well. I think the Moxley match did well and this is basically the rematch so I am hoping it draws well in the ratings. Moxley title matches are usually big draws.

It seems like that one bad week taught the lesson that you always need at least one high profile match each week. You get Mox/Darby next week and then OC/Jericho II the following week. It's been paying off so far so it should be able to hold the trend.

Now I want to see them in a training montage where Cage shows Starks his "secret" for looking liking he's on steroids. Ricky plays along thinking they're going to be shooting up some HGH when Cage whips out of a magical gauntlet possessed by a malevolent Aztec god and starts going on about how he's better than Rollins at ripping out eyeballs.

Too bad MJF's promo didn't get bigger numbers in that quarter, but it's likely going at least a bit viral as a "holy shit, this guy can talk" clip, so it'll get attention.
And if Matt really wants to use arts and crafts to get the 50+ seconds for 50+ going, he needs to go out there and do what has to be done: sign Still Life with Apricots and Pears, coward.
