Just best looking pins.
Hulk pinning the Iron Sheik. Leg hook with a hand clasp looked impossible to escape.
Bulldog on Bret Summerslam 1992. Just folded Bret like a pretzel again in a position it looked impossible to kick out of

I've never seen a single match of his, but thanks to the Fire Pro Wrestling games I always give my CAW the "Delfin Clutch" whenever I can.

I have a soft spot for Naomichi Marufuji's "Perfect Inside Cradle" - literally a wrist-clutch small package, coming at a time when "wrist-clutch" was a standard power-up modification to big head drop moves, especially in NOAH. (The run that put the Perfect Inside Cradle over as a finisher also saw Marufuji take a loss to Kobashi via never-before-seen Wrist-Clutch Burning Hammer, which frankly looked less deadly than the normal Hammer.) While it was in fact a very nice, tight rollup technique, it was also kind of comical that his big finish was applying a power-up for head drop moves to...a small package.

I like Big E, but the 5 Count Pin is strictly the domain of King Kong Bundy in my book.

Jack Evans' bridging backslide is really neat. I've always been a fan of La Magistral too.

Deep cut: I loved Mankind busting out that amateur-cradle pin that he'd do on occasion, looking halfway between a small package and the end of a fisherman suplex. He does it to Shawn Michaels when throwing a bunch of pin attempts at him at Mind Games, and he pins Duane Gill with it at the '98 Survivor Series.
I also love Yano's various cradle variations, all of which are unique and believable.

Shawn Michaels rolling up Bret at the Ironman match was pretty epic

Orange Cassidy's mousetrap is a thing of beauty. Shame Jericho botched it in their match.

I always loved Goldberg's variation on the leg hook after the Jackhammer. It looks a little more nonchalant, but it's supposed to, because the Jackhammer was IT, you got it, you were done. Just something about the way he hooked that leg looked so badass.

As soon as someone back rolls out of any rear choke whether it be a pin or just an escape, I immediately call it the Bret Hart counter
