Drew McIntyre responds to Fury.So they've gotten into a war of words as of late, and there were rumors about WWE wanting to do a WWE Champion Vs. Boxing Champion match earlier this year. Since WWE is acknowledging it on their website, and given Vince McMahon's hatred for stars building matches that aren't in the plans it seems probable that this is something we could see in the future, most likely once WWE can have crowds again since Tyson Fury definitely won't come cheap. My question is this: Would you like to see it? What are your thoughts on this idea?

Entirely disinterested. If someone else wants to see it, fine I hope they enjoy it. But for me this is a "find something else to do" match during a PPV.

Indifferent, don’t watch boxing but have seen some of his promos. Maybe if I were from the UK I’d care.

Conflicted.
On the one hand, anything that keeps Drew on top is ok with me.
On the other hand, despite doing some decent charity work and being open about his own mental health issues, Fury is a homophobic, religious nut job who I dont really want to see on my TV.

Don't care about Tyson Fury tbh. So I don't really care one way or another. If WWE wants to use Tyson again and they can agree terms I'm sure he'll show up again but, honestly? Meh.

I kind of get that, but in my opinion, Fury has apologized for his words and has lived up to his word about holding himself to the highest possible standard of conduct. Since then he's become a much needed champion for men's mental health, has strove to be a role model as best he could and has done large amounts of charity work. He's very much a different man than he was when he said those things. The apology may be lacking (and any words by themselves I think would fail to quite cover what he said), but I personally believe his actions speak more loudly to the kind of person he is now, than his statements of 5 years ago ever could.

I think the problem is simply that I dont believe he isnt a homophobe, just that he realised he had to apologise to keep getting booked on talk shows etc. He may be wonderful in other areas, and certainly, he is entitled to his beliefs however much of a tw*t that makes him, but that particular issue is personal to me, so he's on my shitlist

Oh yeah, ' would love this! Maybe just then I can tell my friends all about The Rock McIntyre, and they'll actually listen!
The most ugliest spot when McIntyre tries to Claymore Fury and gets his head punched in instead Shane O'Mac Style!

To me the issue of mental health is a much more personal issue, as someone that has suffered from these issues himself and has grown up in a family who have a history of addiction and other issues. I don’t think either of us are wrong to feel as we do, it’s just that we come from different places in our lives.
