If the rumors are true, Lesnar is done. In the eight years since his return he had a lot of great matches, but a lot of crap too. What were your favorite matches during his last run?
*not counting the 12 or so house shows he did.

I like Brock/Punk more than I did Bryan/Cena from the same show.

Punk vs Lesnar is one of my favorite matches. I had a lot of hype going in to Lesnar vs Ambrose/Orton but they were let downs. I’m also very fond of lesnar vs Reigns vs Strowman vs Joe. Also Cena vs Lesnar at Summerslam 2014 was shocking at the time.

The Punk match, with the Styles and Bryan matches tied at a damn close 2nd. Honorable mention to the Extreme Rules match with Cena, which was truly unlike any Lesnar match I've seen before or since.

John Cena in his first match back in 2012. Apart from Cena winning... That was f***ing stupid.
The only other match I enjoyed was the 3 way with Cena and Seth.
Man, this guy has been delivering stinkers for a whole 8 years now. Ever since the whole "Suplex City" gimmick, he's been absolutely unbearable to watch.
I call him "Bare Minimum Brock".
German Suplex x30 then F5 isn't a good match. Its lazy as shit. I also can't stand when the match starts with a "big moment" just because he's too lazy to wrestle for 20 minutes and build up to it like everyone else.
Him and Goldberg need to stay away for good. Unless Brock wants to start putting an actual shift in like he did back in his original run where he was comfortably one of the best. Sadly, the guy doesn't give a shit about wrestling. Which is sad because he could've been a legend in ring.

I can't think of another guy in recent years whose work I either see as A+ or F- with little to no in between.

I'm leaning Punk or the original Cena match. The SummerSlam one's lost its luster in how it's largely all Brock's done since so the novelty's gone.
The SummerSlam match with Seth is also pretty up there. The Seth / Cena triple threat and SummerSlam four-way were also great but Brock had very little to do with why in either case.

Lesnar/Cena in 2012 has the wrong winner but is still quite unlike any match I have ever seen.
Trivia note, I once dated a girl who found that match erotic.

I loved Goldberg dropping him on his ass at Survivor Series '16

I am partial to the Balor match. All thriller, no filler.

The best? Probably Triple threat at the Rumble
My favorite is the Bryan match, probably because that’s always been a dream match of mine and it told a great story

I’ll have to rewatch that Punk match. I don’t remember thinking much of it compared to some of the other classics like Cena 1, AJ, and Daniel Bryan. But I haven’t seen it since it was live

Still the SummerSlam match with Punk for me, which I feel is his best match period.

There are a lot of good ones. His match with Cena at Extreme Rules was awesome because it was an actual match with length to it.
I think I have to say his best match though was his first Wrestlemania match against Roman Reigns. People will hate me for saying it but there are very few matches that have that big fight feel like that anymore. The big fight feel in that match was astronomical. The ending with Seth cashing in kind of tarnished it in a way, or others may view it as saving it but besides that.
His match with Goldberg at Wrestlemania was amazing too but very short. His matches with AJ, Joe and Daniel Bryan were great.
The Summerslam match with him Roman, Joe and Strowman was awesome as well.

I’ll have to rewatch that Punk match. I don’t remember thinking much of it compared to some of the other classics like Cena 1, AJ, and Daniel Bryan. But I haven’t seen it since it was live I rewatched it recently myself and I think people are mostly remembering it as being better than it is. The second Cena match I get not seeing as still that good because it doesn't stand up to rewatching when you know the ending, but both the AJ and Bryan matches were masterpieces of ring psychology compared to the Punk match, which was just a Fine Wrestling Match during Punk's 'I have no purpose' period of his career.
