In a wrestling match - Tyson because celebs win.
In an MMA Match - Brock
In a boxing ring - Tyson but mind he's well past his prime and had health issues which level it.
A time traveling 80s Tyson v Brock in boxing ring - Tyson
A street fight outside the arena - I'd give it to Tyson as while both could easily fight dirty, the whole lifetime complications from diverticulitis is such a massive handicap in this sort of thing.
Playing video games - who knows?
At Monopoly? - Brock imo. He's smarter with real money, he's going to be a hoss at the board game.
Depends on the scenario

Isn't Tyson's whole thing his punching power and speed?
And Brock's main weakness is being unable to take punishment?
I feel like Brock takes one to the jaw or the intestine and this is over surely

Unless Brock went rushing in like an idiot he would have Tyson’s measure on pretty much all levels.

It'd be Inoki/Ali, Brock would just stay low to avoid the punches and hope he can get the fight on the ground.

Two legends, two champions. Both older but still big strong heavyweight champions. Mike Tyson the first man to unify WBC, WBO & IBF as well as the youngest man to win the belt. Brock is the youngest man to win a WWE title and Brock was also a UFC and NCAA as well as NJPW champ. Which legend wins? The boxer or the grappler? Tyson when Yung Hee and Pigeon run interference.

Brock is considerably younger, larger and stronger. If he gets hold of Mike it's over

Tyson, and it's not even kinda close. As soon as Brock charged, Tyson could throw a punch at half-speed and knock him out. Lesnar can't take a punch to save his life, and Tyson throws the hardest punches there are. I know everyone has convinced themselves that Brock is some kind of god-tier world beater, but he isn't. Everyone he has faced who can throw a punch has beaten him. Shane Carwin

This is such a football field length sized question because one cannot just go well...Brock Vs Tyson who wins because they come from completely different worlds in combat sports....so we have to include things like...where are they fighting? ring? octagon? just free for all in the streets , what are the rules if any etc etc.
BUT I will agree with others who have said...if Tyson tags Brock even once it is over , because I think it was the Cain fight where he took a punch and he just basically start selling like it was HBK Vs Hogan all over again and that was from someone very likely with considerably weaker punching power.

Infinity + 1, and also the rockets have oxygen-destroyer / anti-Batman-prep-time powers. And also the fight is happening while "Walker: Texas Ranger" is filming, so Chuck Norris has to leave. (I know no one likes Giant Super-Regenerative Troll, but I think he's the most marketable so he gets WWE-Top-Guy booking)

Tyson in his prime would probably murder Brock in his prime. The two dudes today, I'd lean to Brock.

Brock has no answer to Tyson's punches and Tyson has no answer to Brock's grappling. I guess it'd depend on who's quicker to get their shots in and I think that'd probably be Brock.

In the UFC, Brock took some punches to the face. Quite a few.
But none of those guys had the knockout power and explosiveness of Tyson. I feel even if Brock went for a takedown, Tyson could get a shot off to make Brock think about doing that again. How many guys did Tyson get while their heads are down trying to duck a punch?

Everyone he has faced who can throw a punch has beaten him. Shane Carwin Carwin beat the holy hell out of him the entire first round. He was absolutely dominant. In fact, I'm not entirely sure why the fight wasn't stopped. Lesnar turtled up on his back, was eating punches, making no attempt to fight back or improve his position for a full 10 seconds, weakly kicked Carwin away, and then went back to covering up and eating punches for basically the next 2 minutes...that's call for a stoppage in ANY other fight. Lesnar got away with it somehow. The only thing that saved Lesnar in round 2 was Carwin gassing himself from beating the shit out of him so badly in the first round, and the fact that Carwin was on his last legs as a fighter in general. Kinda like when they made a huge deal out of Lesnar beating an over-the-hill Randy Couture. It was a feather in his cap, sure, but upon closer inspection, it wasn't a great one.

When was the last time Tyson fought? No doubt his punches still hurt but there's a LOT of rust there. Brock is still semi-active.
