Two legends, two champions. Both older but still big strong heavyweight champions. Mike Tyson the first man to unify WBC, WBO & IBF as well as the youngest man to win the belt. Brock is the youngest man to win a WWE title and Brock was also a UFC and NCAA as well as NJPW champ.
Which legend wins? The boxer or the grappler?

I could see Tyson nailing him with a knockout shot right out of the gate but if Brock gets him on the ground that’s a wrap.

Oh man, don't give WWE ideas.
Brock, though.

As with any untrained in wrestling but otherwise badass person vs Brock, the winner is Brock via wrestling + ground & pound unless Tyson gets a KO shot as Brock charges in.

My guess.
If Brock gets him down, Brock.
if Tyson can get a shot off, Brock goes down.

Tyson, and it's not even kinda close.
As soon as Brock charged, Tyson could throw a punch at half-speed and knock him out. Lesnar can't take a punch to save his life, and Tyson throws the hardest punches there are.
I know everyone has convinced themselves that Brock is some kind of god-tier world beater, but he isn't. Everyone he has faced who can throw a punch has beaten him.

Brock's got the reach advantage, all he'd need to do is stun Tyson and then move in to get him on the ground. Brock wins.

Brock is a monster athlete who is an elite wrestler. In fighting, elite wrestling is the great equalizer. If Brock didn’t have half his guts removed from his sickness he’d be one of the greatest heavyweight MMA fighters of all-time on his wrestling alone.

Brock never fought a legit great boxer in any of his time in MMA. Mark Hunt was probably the closest.
If Tyson gets even a glancing shot in, Brock's having a bad day.
Otherwise, Brock all day and twice on Sunday

Tyson has one shot, and it's catching Brock with the knockout shot he had 25 years ago. Any other scenario, short of Tyson having a weapon, ends bad for Mike. The second that thing hits the ground, it's just a matter of how Brock decides to put him out.
And it's not just Brock. I don't see any in-shape professional fighter struggling with a 54-year old Tyson who is over 20 years removed from being a great boxer.

Brock easy. If he doesn't charge right way, he could block Tyson's initial punches, then go for the legs, then ground and pound.

Brock's size along with grizzly bear skill level of grappling/ground and pound, would make him the obvious answer. If he was dumb enough to just go punch for punch with Tyson, then Tyson. but in literally any other scenario, Brock destroys him

Wait... we're not talking current Tyson are we? Dude Mike Tyson could be 100 and I wouldn't want to take a punch from him. He's in incredible shape and his punch speed and force is, somehow, relatively the same.

MMA is actual fighting
Boxing is one of the fundamentals for fighting but it is not MMA, Brock easily.
Of course if Tyson manages one good shot,it could be all he needs

Lesnar's ground game is pretty bad (he got beat with a freaking kneebar) but I imagine it's still better than a boxer's. With both of them in their prime, I imagine it would boil down to whether Brock can take him down successfully, as people have said. If the fight goes to the ground, Lesnar takes it, if Tyson stays on his feet, he absolutely smashes Brock. I'd give it to Tyson cause of how absurdly fast he was in his prime, I can easily imagine Brock going low for a takedown and slamming his head read into Tyson's fist for an uppercut.

How many pure boxer v wrestler, not to mention the other aspects of MMA, fights have there been?
How many do boxers win?
Not to mention Brock being like, 9 inches taller, better reach, an absolute beast before his sickness.
Anything other than a lucky punch I'm going Brock.
