A triple champion in WWE has or hasn't happened depending on how you define it.
In 2010, because the two sets of tag belts were always defended at the same time but not formally unified yet, Miz holding them and the US Championship (by technicality) makes him the first and only person in the company to hold three titles at once.

If they did it with an absolute mega star at the right time it could work. Like Daniel Bryan in 2014 or something like that. I don't think they have anyone I'd do that with at this very moment though.

My problem with it is with what happened when Kurt Angle did it in TNA. He couldn't keep the X Division Title forever so he just lost it the same night he retained the World Title. That didn't really do much for him or any of his belts. I don't mind someone holding a singles and a tag title but holding two singles titles isn't the best idea.
