I dont like Mind of Mencia, and I think some of his stand up is hit-and-miss, but his No strings Attached special was amazingly hilarious. I liked Dane's CCP, but when I saw one of his stand ups, it was an hour and a half show, and I literally didnt care until like an hour in.

It makes me sad, there's guys at work that I talk to that love Dane Cook, and that's fine, but then I'll tell them that he's a joke thief and they'll tell me what I've read people say online anyways that really bugs me, "he tells the jokes better," they're not his jokes! The jokes that I at least believe are his aren't funny to me, and hearing the jokes he stole from Louis CK who is without a doubt one of my favorite comedians going just frustrates me. Like just because he tells the joke better(which is a matter of opinion anyways) justifies guys like Dane's stealing of the joke? It just bothers me.

I did recall hearing both of these, but I remember Dane used it in the middle of a larger joke he was telling.
Also, here's something odd: Greg Giraldo "stole" a joke about cleavage from Dave Attell. He used it when he was on a tour with...Dave Attell. (Yeah, I know that's not really the same thing, but I thought I'd share ;D)
