From the Observer:
"Coming off the Speaking Out movement, and the belief by many the charges against various talents including the Samantha Tavel lawsuit and an attempt to change the longstanding company and industry culture from the prior generation, all WWE talent on 10/28 have a mandatory counseling session to attend via streaming on keeping healthy relationships. Total Life Counseling will present a mandatory session for all talent on that subject. The first conference will be the main presentation to all talent and the second zoom link will be for later individual breakout sessions. The second smaller group session is being done to give talent the opportunity to participate and ask questions in a small group."

That sounds positive. They should give them trainings on all different aspects of managing their lives.

Seems like this should have been done ages ago, but better late than never.
However, I for one, look forward to a couple of goofs almost immediately after this meeting getting busted for creeping. That will be par for the course in 2020.

I’d make a joke, but...
this actually sounds like it’s good and needs to be done.

They should've done this when Mike and Maria were still in the roster!

It's unfortunate that it took this bleak period for it to happen, but good on the company for doing it.

Does this mean they're going to start to take the rights of talents seriously and stop intentionally screwing with the relationships of people in the midcard and booking real life couples in cuckoldry angles that appeal only to Vince?

It's a good first step, but a lot of the Speaking Out incidents weren't done in relationships. And they're still employing Velveteen Dream.

It's good they're actually providing this, but I can't help but feel they're going to leverage this training to distance themselves from the members of the roster that are guaranteed to lose their cases should settlements not be reached. As it's been said, they haven't been taking the accusations seriously prior to this, and even have showcased some of these talents on television rather than keeping them off-air pending proper investigation from third parties and the authorities.
Even if the alleged are innocent, not taking these kinds of steps invalidates a lot of the goodwill gestures they're trying to do to make themselves be the good guy (hi there, Be a STAR).

They should've done this when Mike and Maria were still in the roster! Would they be the ones presenting the presentation? Because they don’t need to sit through the training since they have the greatest love I’ve ever known

I think they just had a second child not too long ago, so njet 'roblem in that way at all. > Maybe they would've been booked better if WWE was even trying to act normally like this during that while. LMAO.

It's a good first step, but a lot of the Speaking Out incidents weren't done in relationships. And they're still employing Velveteen Dream. And Jerry Lawler. And Ric Flair. And Matt Riddle. And Austin Theory. And Jordan Devlin. And Joe Coffey. And Wolfgang.

On the surface this feels like a positive thing, I just...wish I believe they were sincere about it, and not just making a token gesture to avoid any serious scrutiny.

And Austin Theory. And Jordan Devlin. And Joe Coffey. And Wolfgang. This is the problem. Like, yeah, it's good they're doing this but it's only one aspect of what needs to be done. And with Dream especially, they need to not act offended when people question it repeatedly because, with all due respect, you're going to get people questioning something when it's practically been ignored. Along with that, they need to address their partner companies. ICW had a laundry list of accusations and so far, their only response has been "We've put their stuff on the WWE Network".

I get that feeling, yeah. Wrestling also has a checkered history of domestic abuse problems that have also led to some really tragic events like what happened to Nancy and Daniel Benoit, so if this can help stave off that sort of thing it's definitely a good thing. And I am glad that this isn't just a single token session to save face, as the description given by the WON does make it sound like it's pretty involved. But this whole Speaking Out thing goes way beyond the scope of relationships or extramarital affairs.

I’d make a joke, but... this actually sounds like it’s good and needs to be done. Right. If they are actually trying to reduce harm long-term (I know they are likely just trying to save their own ass but still), this isn’t a bad idea.

And yet Velveteen is employed and none of the speaking out movement were in a relationship.
So ultimately meaningless PR
