Hogan using the leg drop. Did anyone ever use that as a finisher same time as Hogan in other promotions?

I take it Bobby Eaton's version doesn't count.
The legdrop was Stan Frazier's finish, even as Uncle Elmer, which is pretty crazy considering how hands-on the WWF usually was about that kind of thing.

Way too many to list historically, so I'll focus on more current examples. Hell, there's way too many to list just for today, so I will just note some of the ones that come to mind. Note some of these wrestlers have multiple finishers, which is becoming more common.
-Randy Orton's RKO and QT Marshall's Diamond Cutter. -SANADA, Io Shirai, Mayu Iwatani all with the moonsault. -Kenny Omega's One Wing Angel and Killian Dain's Ulster Plantation. -Shawn Spears's C4 and Meiko Satomura's Death Valley Bomb. -Ricochet and Sammy Guevara with the 630 Splash. -Kevin Owens's Stunner and David Finlay's Prima Nocta. -Hiroshi Tanahashi (High Fly Flow), Montez Ford (From the Heavens), Lio Rush (Final Hour), and DASH Chisako using variations of the Frog Splash -Natalya with the Sharpshooter and both Matt and Nick Jackson using it as their individual finishers (as opposed to tag team finisher). -Roman Reigns and Brandi Rhodes with the Spear. -Orange Cassidy with the Mouse Trap and Saki Kashima with the Revival. -Juice Robinson's Pulp Friction and Saki Kasima's My Emblem. -BUSHI's MX and Tessa Blanchard's Magnum.

That means by definition it's not interpromotional. And the legdrop wasn't Yoko's finisher, the Banzai Drop was. Winning a match with a move doesn't automatically make it your finisher.

Probably not, given spear variations are so basic.

Let me flip the question, was there ever a time The Spear wasnt an inter promotional finisher? Probably when Rhino was still in ECW. The Spear didn't really become Edge's finish until the 2000s and it was never Goldberg's finisher.

Not that either was winning many matches at the time, but Bobby Eaton and Brian Christopher both used a top rope legdrop. The Alabama/Tennessee Jam.

Would Goldberg's Spear and Rhyno's Gore be an example? How is the Spear a finisher? When did Goldberg ever beat anybody with it? Billy Gunn start do the Jackhammer but not as a finisher at the same time as Goldberg had it as a finisher and got hot. Honestly thought at the time it was the WWE trying to downgrade the move during the Monday night wars. Now to the topic of finishers. I'll add The Michonku driver and the Juvi Driver. Christian's Unpretter and Kidman later started using whatever he called it as a secondary finisher. Heres a more interesting one. Tombstone Pilvedriver WWE: Taker and Kane WCW: Mongo and Finlay ECW: Justin Credible

AJ Styles using the Styles Clash/Michelle McCool using the Faithbreaker. Wasn't that also during the time Michelle was wearing the gear that made it seem like she got it out of AJ's trash can?

At the same time, these three used a powerbomb, despite it being a somewhat common move up to that point. ECW: Sid WCW: Kevin Nash WWF: Sable
On that note, didn't Tommy Dreamer used the DDT at the same Raven was in ECW and had his DDT as a finisher? I would include Gangrel's DDT, except that one was a bit different.
I would mention that X-Pac had the X-Factor and Konnan used a face-buster, except he didn't really use that as a finisher, more or less as a signature/setup move before doing the Tequila Sunrise.

There must of been someone doing a a lariat/clothesline from hell sometime as JBL in Japan or on the indies.
Van Dam and Eddie for the frogsplash? Greg Valentine and Ric Flair figure 4 leglock. Crash Holly and Chavo tornado DDT

Not sure if he used it as a finisher at all, but a one-night example would be Bobby Eaton using a top rope elbowdrop. On the first Clash of the Champions. Same day as WrestleMania IV, where the world title was to be won by someone who used...the top rope elbowdrop.
Similarly, while Savage was still using the elbow as a finish in WCW, it became a non-finisher for Shawn Michaels in the WWF and Perry Saturn in ECW.
Arn Anderson gourdbuster/One Man Gang master blaster Jake Roberts DDT/Rick Rude Rude Awakening (mk. 1) Figure four: Ric Flair/Greg Valentine (and Tito Santana on occasion) Honky Tonk Man shake, rattle, & roll/Larry Zbyszko used the spinning neckbreaker in JCP Before Bret had the sharpshooter, they gave the scorpion deathlock to...the Red Rooster. Later, Ronnie Garvin. Von Erichs iron claw/Baron Von Raschke claw?
I'd imagine the big splash was common amongst bigger wrestlers too. The piledriver, in general.
Of course the latter was first, as Nova invented that and others.
Yes. For obvious reasons.

Even though they aren't totally the same, Booker T using the Book End because they wanted him to be their version of The Rock was just peak WCW stupidity.
I'm pretty sure Yuji Nagata and Kurt Angle were both champs at the same time they were using the Ankle Lock
