Poached, sunny side up, soft boiled, or an omelette. Grew up with scrambled eggs, which I still like.

If the egg’s shell does not break… the chick will die without being born. We are the chick; the egg is the world. If the world’s shell does not break, we will die without being born. Break the world’s shell! For the sake of revolutionizing the world!

I will eat them in a boat,
and I will eat them with a goat,
and I will eat them in the rain,
and in the dark and on the train,
and in a car and in a tree,
they are so good so good you see.
So I will eat them in a box,
and I will eat them with a fox...

Also, for more normal egg stuff... I prefer sunny side up over scrambled. Okay with either hard or soft boiled. For sunny side up, nice to make the yolk a bit on the soft side, put it on top of rice with some simple fried dish and enjoyed. Always ends up with my slowly eating the whites first, then breaking the yolk as it spreads to the rest of the rice.
If rice is hot and fresh, would also like to crack open a raw one on the rice. Mix it a bit with a bit of soy sauce and butter. Then eat with a dried fish of some sort.

Over easy, on toast, with a lot of black pepper.
Reading this thread though, I'm reminded of a story about an England cricket player, Phil Mustard, who while on tour was once asked by a hotel waitress how he would like his eggs, and replied "Cooked."

Depends. Sometimes I like them fried/over-easy with a side of bacon; I use a spoon to cut off and eat the whites on the side first, then mop up the rest with toast. Sometimes I like them scrambled with lots of bacon mixed in loaded into white tortillas. Sometimes I like omelets with cheese and either bacon, ham, shrimp, or even chili. I also will eat them hard-boiled. My boyfriend always wants them scrambled.
Lately, I've taken a cue from the Spam commercial, and have added to my dish-list making a bowl of noodles topped with three slices of teriyaki Spam and a couple of eggs. Scrambled for him, over-easy for me.
