Or a few but in general the shows not that noteworthy.
I enjoy the Drak Pack, but it is really just by the book Hanna-Barbera zaniness with a classic horror aesthetic. I really dug the episode though where the show’s big bad spent the whole episode obnoxiously telling as many people as he could it was his birthday. That was the evil plot. To be as annoying as possible on his birthday. Maybe a little something else mixed in but that was the gist of it. Doesn’t sound that great on paper, but entertaining in execution and very relatable for a whacky cartoon.
Also, the episode of That’s My Bush where Laura plays matchmaker for Karl Rove. It’s such a tired plot that has a very small number of cliche conclusions. Like the matchmaker falling for the poor sap she was trying to set up. However, this one takes a very different spin. It turns out that Laura didn’t know Karl was married the whole time and Karl just thought she was helping him cheat.

Stroker & Hoop was a one season Adult Swim cartoon in the mid-2000's that was basically a parody of 70's and 80's cop shows like Starsky & Hutch. While I'd take it in a second over some of its contemporaries like Tom Goes to the Mayor or Perfect Hair Forever, it was over-all mostly meh and forgettable. That said, its Christmas episode, where the Ghosts of Christmas' Past, Present and Future are haunting Stroker as part of an elaborate lotto scam, was absolutely hilarious and ingenious.

I never thought Agents of Shield was that great of a show, but that one episode where Simmons is on an alien world the whole episode is fantastic.

Well, just because doing this was unexpected at the time (and it's probably the only reason anyone talks about this series these days):
